Krispy Kreme — Restaurant in Greensboro

Battleground location should be ashamed, the pure dirt on the floors is alarming why would I want to eat here ? I’m not one to usually write bad reviews but the service , lack of cleanliness and sorry employees here have me nooo choice. . . This krispy crème has a terrible reputation in GSO and I shouldve listened!!

If I could give - 0 stars to this location I would! Management I would love a reply! I have been customer service for over 10 years and would never had my establishment or employees treat customers in such a way. I seen on another review about how DIRTY, STICKY AND FILTHY the floors are here you can tell they use old, dirty , nasty mop water and just circle it around. I had on shoes that were literally sticking to the floor. The red had young lady that took my order was extremely rude and seemed to hate her job. I asked her who mopped the floors very respectfully and she looked away and rolled her eyes… I then asked if I could have another person to assist and she said NO no one else can help it’s just me .. I said okay where’s your manager? There were TWO there that day staring at the conversation and they did nothing. I told her I hoped her day got better bc customers don’t deserve to be treated any kind of way and this establishment should be shut down and deep cleaned! … cancelled my order and I will N E V E R return...

This review is not about their donuts, but about their unchristian selfishness. Not that it matters, but me and my mother have been coming to this location (because it is close by where we live) for around a year, and given them a lot of business over the past year. Well, I walked by there today, and was really thirsty (because it is like 90 degrees outside), and asked an employee if I could have a cup of ice water. The lady said that I would have to buy something in order to get a cup of water. Well, I think that is just ridiculous, and very selfish of them. I told her about all of the business me and my mother have given them over the past year, and she told me something like 'it is a new rule'. I thought this was a Christian area, but I guess not (not greedy Krispy Kreme anyways) . Well, they just lost my business forever. I understand that most of you may not care about my experience, but but wanted to let you know that this business only cares about money, and would not give a free cup of water to a person even if they were...

I’ve stopped by this Krispy Kreme a few times while passing through, and my first visits were truly great — the service was excellent, the selection met all expectations, and I would’ve easily rated it five stars.

However, during a visit in March, the experience was quite different. I needed to call my friend to confirm which donuts to pick, but there was no signal, so I stood off to the side, away from the display, and let the staff know I just needed a moment. When I finally approached the counter to choose, a large family walked in, and the staff asked me to move — and they did it rather impolitely. I had just started to make my selection (how am I supposed to choose in 30 seconds?) and had waited patiently before that.

Additionally, I’ve noticed that many Krispy Kreme locations have stopped carrying my favorite, most delicious donuts — the ones I always came for. It’s really disappointing that they’ve been removed from the...
