My 1st experience was near closing time and the line was long. Once I pulled up to the window the employee rushed my money and food out the window. Once I returned home the Texas toast was not toasted and the fries were not seasoned. After submitting a review, I received a call from a manager Nicole and was informed my name would be entered into a book and when I return to inform someone and I would get compensated. Upon returning days later (again after work), I informed the drive-thru employee about my name being in the book and she replied, “Nicole not here and I don’t know anything about that, do you still want the food.” I get to the window and several employees coming to the window to see who drives up. I returned home and resubmit yet another complaint and no one has attempted to reach out to me and this occurred almost 2 weeks ago. Customer service has gone down the last two times I ate at the West Market location. I’ve worked in CS for 20 years and never would treat my guests anyway I don’t want to be treated....

After being in line for nearly 10 minutes (there was hardly even any indoor traffic) I waited 2-3 mins longer at the window to then be told to pull into a parking spot because it'd be 4 minutes to wait for wings. I waited at least 7 minutes more. Never at any point was there an apology for the excessive wait time, or even a thank you for my patience. For my 20 minutes of waiting, I should have gotten a complimentary side or something.
My time is valuable, and after spending hours packing, dealing with airports and flying here for work, the last thing I want is to wait 20 mins for "fast" food. I should have went with my first instinct, and just driven to a Chinese restaurant, so I suppose I'm partially to blame. I would have been served much faster. It's already beginning to be as abysmal as my previous business trip here, back in December. I'm not impressed...

After leaving comments in the survey, regional manager Donnie reached out immediately and tried to rectify the situation, but Nicole was less than helpful or concerned about the severity of the matter. The compensation and concern I received from Nicole did not meet the severity of the matter. I will put this on all social media outlets and news stations to let all know not to go to Zaxby's. This should have never happened and should have been taken care of in a more professional manner from Zaxby's.
