McDonald's — Restaurant in Greensboro

This is a nice looking McDonald's, but looks are highly deceiving. We went to the drive through with the intent of saving time and we were proven incorrect. Not only was the order taker as short with us as humanly possible, our food order was entirely incorrect. Now to be fair, when a fast food joint is busy, mistakes are going to happen solely from volume. In this case, there was not a single customer inside ordering food and there was only 1 other car in the drive through. We actually spoke to the people in front of us, as their food was also wrong. One would assume they simply had our food and we had theirs, but somehow this was not the case. The other family took a refund, we elected to wait for them to remake the food. When I spoke with the manager, she was quite possibly the most condescending human on the planet and yelled at me from the fryer that the bags were mixed up, which per my prior sentence, was a bold faced lie. If you make a mistake, own it and move on. Don't chastise a paying customer for your inexplicable error. There was absolutely zero attempt at service recovery. On to the best part, what did I get for the trouble of this nearly 20 minute inconvenience? We received fries that were undercooked (not just a little, the fries were visibly white and some still cool), sweet tea that tasted like burnt coffee, AND a mcnugget box (That I watched be prepared by the manager) with hair in it. So yeah, just awful. Bright side, the non-manager was empathetic and stayed and chatted with me even though he was clearly leaving for the day. If store leadership cannot individually produce quality of food, drink, or service, they probably should stick to cleaning the bathrooms...or find...

3 ⭐s out of 5⭐s because the past 4 times I've went to this particular McDonald's location. They have messed up my almost 8 year old sons happy meal, ALL 4 times. EVERYTIME I went thru the drive thru, & 3 times I ordered a cheeseburger 🍔 happy meal - PLAIN, with double fries 🍟, & a sweet tea ...ALL 3 cheeseburger 🍔 PLAIN happy meals the cheeseburger 🍔 was made with everything on it, he will 🚫NOT🚫 eat a cheeseburger 🍔 unless it's ONLY top bun, hamburger patty with slice of cheese 🧀 on top of patty, & bottom bun - ONLY ‼️ then the fries 3 times were cold & rubbery. Twice he got Dr pepper or coke, 1 time was unsweetened tea, then 1 happy meal was 5 nuggets, 🚫 NOT 🚫 a 4 pc nor 6 pc, but 5 nuggets that was cold, hard, & nasty, but was suppose to be, a cheeseburger 🍔 PLAIN again, and fries 🍟 were specifically ordered as fresh, but receipt stated 'well done' & so therefore they were hard, extra crispy, black on over half of the ends, both ends, & he will 🚫 NOT 🚫 eat his fries 🍟 like that, & even had apple slices in the happy meal, in which he will 🚫 NOT 🚫 eat, & his sweet tea, had little to 🚫NO🚫 ice...

This Mc Donald's is beautifully decorated: cheerful, elegant, comfortable, clean prompt service. Some employees should be retrained to stop them from spreading their bad manners on the others who are hardworki g professional, warm, and efficient Unfortunately, nearby Motel 6 has no hot coffee at 1:30am. Last night.Icame at about1: 30 am, dying for a few cups of coffee. I was looking forward to enjoying the decor. I realized that there was noone inside so I checked my watch. Luckily I remembered the drive through window: so I thought. The employee refused to sell me the coffee. She showed me the sign that the manager or owner had placed there.It said: " No walk-ins., She would not change her mind. S young man who came later had the same problem I tried to see if the clients in their cars would've willing to take my debit and my make the purchase for me.Noone was willing. I got my coffee at 5. 00.sm Can you believe the same employee kept us waiting outside for 10 minutes Such a keeper of company rules should have opened at the time the company...
