Cashier was terrible which matched the atmosphere and food. The cashier seemed overwhelmingly rude and blunt. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed when I asked about a drink. She did not listen to my order and had to be corrected. She asked for a tip which I told her absolutely not. I would have left at this point but was with a group, which we all individually ordered. The staff cleaning tables was the most friendly even with out smiling. The food was very inconsistent and not good for the price. In the group, two people ordered the same thing and one was half the size of the other, which was very visible. The manager fixed the issue but was mocking the customer afterwards. Half the food recieved was burnt and not made well. It would have been better to go to the taco bell beside it. I would never go again. In the middle of my meal the cashier, to feel better about her self, came over to me hugging and explaining she did not roll her eyes and how I was wrong. She would not let me speak about the situation I experienced. Once I finally did say something her, her excuse was since she was here by herself as a cashier she could not have been rude. Not only was this unprofessional but unsanitary; as I do not want rude strangers hugging on me while I eat a...
Read moreAs an American-Italian in NC's Greensboro/ High Point area, I approve this Pizza place! I work at Mack across the street and been here several times and they NEVER disappoint. Prices are perfect and you get good portions for the money, and the quality is top of the top. It isn't some "artesian" pizza that costs $$$$$ for a taste, its legit down home true NY style true Italiano pizza that you just keep wanting more.
The owner is from Naples Italy, and the quality of the food reflects his great recipes and detail to the craft. The Rotisserie Chicken is incredible, moist and full of flavor (they make it daily). The bread and crust are made fresh and you can taste. You can also tell by the flavor in the sauces and cheeses they use the best ingredients.
The atmosphere is great for work or family, restaurant is well kept and clean. Staff is always friendly and courteous. They get busy at lunch, so get your order in and sit or take away like we do last night when I have to bring home family dinner since I live 45min north and we have ZERO good pizza places other than chains.
Lastly, if you have a family, their meal values of whole chicken for the family are super well priced and stacked with food. Thats a great option for like us with 3 kiddos in...
Read moreFood was horrible. I ordered Chicken Alfredo today (5/28/19) with a house salad, for take out. Big mistake on my part. The name is Pollo Pizza and Pasta. They need to cut off the pasta part. First the Chicken Alfredo had very little chicken in it. Also very little sauce. But that didn't matter. The noodles were bland, no taste what so ever. They don't season the pasta with salt or anything. The little sauce that was in there was gross. The sauce tasted eggy. Very gross. Under no circumstance should any Alfredo sauce taste eggy. I took five bites and then threw it away. Bbertolli frozen pasta would have been considered gourmet compared to the garbage I was server.
I figured I'd just eat the salad. Wrong. The salad had whole sliced rings of onions on top, like they were putting them on a burger. I asked for french dressing, they gave me ranch or some kind of cucumber dressing, which I don't like.
I ended up throwing the salad out also because I didn't like the salad dressing they mistakenly gave me. I don't have any other salad dressing at work. Waste of my money...
