I was very unimpressed with this Subway location. I ordered a Meatball Marinara sub and asked for shredded mozzarella cheese. I was told that I was not aloud to have that one my sub because it was only for pizzas. I then offered to pay extra for the cheese, just as long as I could have it on my sandwich. Again, they refused. I told them they could charge me $5.00 for the cheese and I wouldn't care, but that was the kind of cheese I wanted on my sandwich. Again, they refused. Then, instead of making my sandwich they asked the next guy in line what he was having, never beginning to make my food. I then went back up to the line to try to order again once everybody in line was finished and told them I wanted to order a pizza and a meatball marinara sub, and could they please put the mozarella cheese on the sub instead of the pizza. They said no they would not do that. I asked for provolone and asked if they could shred it. They refused. I asked if they could hand me the cheese and I would shred it my self, to which they agreed. I shredded up my cheese by hand and handed it back to them and they refused to put it on my sandwich. Really people? You could have got twice the money out of me just by making my sandwich the way I wanted it, and you refuse to make the sandwich the way the customer wants, even if they are willing to pay an exorbitant price to have the sandwich their way? The people who work here do not make any sense and shame on the manager for telling them to treat...
Read moreI was asked to come up with a quick lunch for about 20 people at 11:00 on a weekday. I had a general idea of what was requested and actually tried another place first and they didn't answer the phone....so, I called this Subway. By the time I talked with someone, it was actually 11:15. They were busy, the person running the register actually answered the phone while ringing up a customer and I explained my situation. She asked me to hold on just a minute and she would put me with a platter specialist. Both were laughing as the person grabbing the phone kindly responded with, I'm the platter specialist, how can I help you? I explained what was needed and the timeline, 12:00 (come on, lunch was just 45 minutes from now, could I really pull this off?). I ordered 2 trays. One Classic and one Flavor Craver. I also picked up 15 bags of chips when I arrived. I was told I could them up at 12:00 and I did. I got in line and told them I was picking up a catering order and promptly went to the front of the line. They gathered everything up, handed me a bag to put the chips in, swiped my company credit card and helped me pick up a variety of chips and took items out to my car for me. The best part? These were the freshest, best tasting subs we have had for a lunch! This Subway deserves 5 Stars! Oh, and everyone at my workplace even commented on how good they looked and tasted! Kudos to the Regional Rd., Airport Subway!...
Read moreI've been wanting to try the. $5 Footling Nachos for a while.let me just say It wasn't anything like they asvertized. It barely has any meat on it and the other toppings were just as sparse. Even the amount of nachos was lacking. And it left me still hungry for something more satisfying that would fille up. Don't waste your time or money in this one! On a positive note however, the $5 chocolate chip cookie Footling is always sooo good! I like to eat it warm with a scoop or two of vanilla ice cream. It's the best💯The $5 Oreo cookie Footling is good if you like marshmallow fluff for the filling instead of the creamy white filling it's known for. It's not the same and I found it gave me a weird mouth feel with the spongey, gooey feeling; not the creamy sugar overload you get from A Double Stuff Oreo cookie! I'd rather run down the road and pick up a pack of Oreos original or Double Stuff Oreos than eat that yuck again. Well, that's my honest review after trying all three $5 Footling snacks...
