Subway — Restaurant in Greensboro

I work from home so I go here several times a week because it's so close to home. Ordered curbside pickup. Got there and waited a bit but I knew there were people inside so it was fine. Girl brought out my food. I asked if she could bring the side of Sriracha out that I had requested that wasn't in the bag and she told me it wasn't requested. I even checked the receipt and it was on there... so she had someone else bring it to me. I get home and my club isn't cut, isn't on the right bread, and has no meat... it's veggies and bread. I call up there and she tells me she watched the guy make it. Acted like I was wrong and lying. I paid $9 for bread and veggies??? She had me come back up there and they remade it but it was just rude. I work in customer service and I would never handle a situation that I messed up like this. Stuff happens, mistakes are made sometimes... I get this but don't treat your customers like that. I won't be doing business with them again. Very...

There are two Hispanic workers who are marvelous but thanks to their manager a light skin lady. I will never be back. A big group of us came in per the usual when I come. A few of us do not eat pork and there were two that did. I ask her to put my pork on another sandwich and give me their turkey. She said they can’t do it. I said ok leave the meat to the side and I’ll put it on there. Response was no. I explained to her I don’t eat pork and the other person doesn’t eat turkey. However we are trying to do the combo deal. Which the meat was both turkey and pork. Then I said fine just make one just turkey and the other not turkey. She replied saying you will only get three pieces of meat. Excuse me. O you don’t believe in customer service. I will go somewhere who appreciates me and my big tips because I gave cash tips every time I came since if you do card tips you don’t get it personally. I have to take the time out to commend Willie and this store I come to this store atleast twice a week for myself and co workers and each time Willie has prepared our orders he is always super super sweet and always has a smile on working hard never just standing around unluck some other places I’ve experienced... completely knowledgeable about menu items and recommendations on what to try!!
