Had to change my review after the service received a little after 9PM. Not only was was my request for marinara completely ignored(which is the case here 80% of the time, just wait and verify each food item) But the worst is the quality check on the corn dogs. Look at this disgusting food, this happened to all 4. What sort of business makes you pay 1.49 per corn dog, and the. they can't even make it right. Just go to cookout. This never happened to me there. Edit: I followed the link, and submitted the information, but that really did nothing. No one responded. So don't be fooled by their "oh we care, follow link and complain here" they are just another faceless franchise who don't care about feeding their customers burnt food. It's disgusting.

Order two double cheese meals the patties were cold the bread and when i call the restaurant the so call manager was very Rude over the phone the first time she hang up on me and the second time was worse than hanging up the phone. I don't understand why this type of people are allow to work as customer service in places like this I suppose to take the food back but we have small baby and Im disable so driving 6 to 7 miles back to get anew meals was no a hard decision The manager name was Came something with the orange hair I guess she is getting pay big box to have a horrible Customer Service. DO NOT get fast food from this place a least the manager it is your friend other wise food will be garbage

Trying the grill cheese double burger was my first time having it. It sounds good and it definitely taste good. P.S. The manage was so care and friendly towards me. Her customer service was excellent. Also, here is the receipt just in case the owner/operator Paul Walls wanted to reward the manager for her friendly customer service to me.

I was curious about for their "the Big Dill Burger". Apparently, I miss the opportunity to get one because the burger would be limited. So, the manager (I assume she was the manager) recommended me trying "the grill cheese double burger " she explained to me what a grilled cheese double burger is all about. Trying the grill cheese double burger was my first time having it. It sounds good and it definitely taste good. P.S. The manage was so care and friendly towards me. Her customer service was excellent. Also, here is the receipt just in case the owner/operator Paul Walls wanted to reward the manager for her friendly customer service to me.

I’m so over this location . They constantly mess up orders, for example I ordered a toaster burger and they gave me soggy Un-toasted bread. I ordered the new Redbull Slush and got a cherry limeade slush. Not to mention every time I go at night the “ice cream machine is down.” I order in the app and check in and sit at the window for a long time and am asked what I ordered a second time. Plus the app won’t let you order past 11 and states the location closes at 12, which it clearly doesn’t. Employees are always sitting outside and the line is backed up. Needs new management. Will not return to this location.

Wanted to update that I returned today 08/18/2023 and ordered a slushee and small shake on the app and checked into stall 2 waited over 30 minutes no one brought my order, pressed the button and was ignored. Tried to go inside and as usual the DOORS WERE LOCKED…also the strong smell of marijuana was emanating from the drive thru window…it may have been a customer car idk but it is suspicious considering the door was locked and often is locked. The workers feel they can talk to people any way they please and work at their own pace. Please shut this location down there is no point for it to be open if you’re going to tell app users they need to come in or check in the stall usually and then I do that and you still won’t serve my order. Multiple customers were out of their car complaining. I had to call and request a refund from corporate. Total waste of time over a slush and a shake. So over...

If I could give zero stars, I certainly would. I placed a mobile order on January 3rd at this location. I arrived and pulled into the stall, selected that I was there and waited patiently on my food. After waiting 25 minutes in the stall and watching the female employee joke and play out of the drive thru window with a car of who I’m assuming were her friends, I decided to get into the drive thru line. My thought at this point was to give the benefit of the doubt - possibly she was working alone and couldn’t leave the inside to deliver my food to the stall. After waiting at the speaker of the drive thru for another 7 minutes with no answer, I drove up to the window. I sat at the window for 15 minutes waiting to speak to someone. The young female was in the back at this point, still joking and laughing while making eye contact with me. Although I waved and smiled trying desperately to get her to come answer, she would not come to the window. Because I had already paid for the food on the app, I called the store (store #3666) multiple times and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up.

I called customer service where they agreed to process my refund. Customer service did not address the situation or apologize for the situation/inconvenience.

I am a sonic regular as I travel often for work. I will not be attending this sonic location ever again. The service provided, or better yet - lack there of - is...

I really DON'T know where to begin. The HAMBURGER was about 1/3 COOKED and it appeared to be the STORE MANAGER COOKING, the District Mgr was there during part of our visit but sadly he LEFT BEFORE EVERYTHING WENT TO HADES IN A HAND BASKET. The service was very ERRATIC, The staff NOT WELL TRAINED ( they offered me 3 different orders BEFORE giving me the REPLACEMENT BURGER) , the deco was VERY OLD AND BADLY IN NEED OF A TOTAL MAKEOVER IN THE DINING ROOM. THE KITCHEN LOOKS TO BE IN NEED OF A TOTAL MAKEOVER from the wobbly ceiling tiles down to the floor. MISSING LIGHT BULBS, NO PAPER TOWELS in the bathroom which was in need of a GOOD scrubbing. As we watched the going on of the service, we WITNESSED a totally uncoordinated, untrained staff attempting to serve ppl in the drive through, O M G .... 1 of the orders they mistakenly gave to us at our TABLE was an order of mozzarella sticks, I had the PKG out of the bag and 1 of the sticks in MY HAND because I assumed it was the customary IM SORRY gift for a MEGA blunder when the young lady asked for it BACK, TOOK IT OUT THE DOOR AND GAVE IT TO SOMEONE WAITING !! ALL I CAN SAY IS PLEASE CLOSE THIS STORE, RETRAIN EVERYONE WHILE YOU REMODEL AND AS FOR ANYONE WANTING TO EAT THERE, EITHER GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION OR MAKE SURE YOUR NERVE PILLS AND HEALTH INSURANCE ARE IN GOOD ORDER BECAUSE YOU...
