I’m so over this location . They constantly mess up orders, for example I ordered a toaster burger and they gave me soggy Un-toasted bread. I ordered the new Redbull Slush and got a cherry limeade slush. Not to mention every time I go at night the “ice cream machine is down.” I order in the app and check in and sit at the window for a long time and am asked what I ordered a second time. Plus the app won’t let you order past 11 and states the location closes at 12, which it clearly doesn’t. Employees are always sitting outside and the line is backed up. Needs new management. Will not return to this location.
Wanted to update that I returned today 08/18/2023 and ordered a slushee and small shake on the app and checked into stall 2 waited over 30 minutes no one brought my order, pressed the button and was ignored. Tried to go inside and as usual the DOORS WERE LOCKED…also the strong smell of marijuana was emanating from the drive thru window…it may have been a customer car idk but it is suspicious considering the door was locked and often is locked. The workers feel they can talk to people any way they please and work at their own pace. Please shut this location down there is no point for it to be open if you’re going to tell app users they need to come in or check in the stall usually and then I do that and you still won’t serve my order. Multiple customers were out of their car complaining. I had to call and request a refund from corporate. Total waste of time over a slush and a shake. So over...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I certainly would. I placed a mobile order on January 3rd at this location. I arrived and pulled into the stall, selected that I was there and waited patiently on my food. After waiting 25 minutes in the stall and watching the female employee joke and play out of the drive thru window with a car of who I’m assuming were her friends, I decided to get into the drive thru line. My thought at this point was to give the benefit of the doubt - possibly she was working alone and couldn’t leave the inside to deliver my food to the stall. After waiting at the speaker of the drive thru for another 7 minutes with no answer, I drove up to the window. I sat at the window for 15 minutes waiting to speak to someone. The young female was in the back at this point, still joking and laughing while making eye contact with me. Although I waved and smiled trying desperately to get her to come answer, she would not come to the window. Because I had already paid for the food on the app, I called the store (store #3666) multiple times and the phone was picked up and immediately hung up.
I called customer service where they agreed to process my refund. Customer service did not address the situation or apologize for the situation/inconvenience.

The HAMBURGER was about 1/3 COOKED and it appeared to be the STORE MANAGER COOKING, the District Mgr was there during part of our visit but sadly he LEFT BEFORE EVERYTHING WENT TO HADES IN A HAND BASKET. The service was very ERRATIC, The staff NOT WELL TRAINED ( they offered me 3 different orders BEFORE giving me the REPLACEMENT BURGER) , the deco was VERY OLD AND BADLY IN NEED OF A TOTAL MAKEOVER IN THE DINING ROOM. THE KITCHEN LOOKS TO BE IN NEED OF A TOTAL MAKEOVER from the wobbly ceiling tiles down to the floor. MISSING LIGHT BULBS, NO PAPER TOWELS in the bathroom which was in need of a GOOD scrubbing. As we watched the going on of the service, we WITNESSED a totally uncoordinated, untrained staff attempting to serve ppl in the drive through, O M G .... 1 of the orders they mistakenly gave to us at our TABLE was an order of mozzarella sticks, I had the PKG out of the bag and 1 of the sticks in MY HAND because I assumed it was the customary IM SORRY gift for a MEGA blunder when the young lady asked for it BACK, TOOK IT OUT THE DOOR AND GAVE IT TO SOMEONE WAITING !!
