If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am not usually the type of person to leave a bad review or even a review at all. However, after the very unprofessional customer service that I received today, I decided to leave the least amount of stars possible and call the corporate office. Here’s the situation: I’m a student, I came to get food today from this location because it’s 2 minutes away and. I had 10 minutes to eat. When I got back to school, I realized that I was given a completely different order. (Not really a big deal) but I didn’t have time to return the food to the location due to the time crunch, so I called the store to explain the situation. I spoke with a manager whom was extremely unprofessional towards me. She asked me if were supposed to have a crunchy taco with my meal, and I responded to explain to her that nobody asked what type of taco I wanted, so I was not sure what was in the original bag. She said I did not understand what she was asking, (and I did) so I then explained to her that I did understand. I repeated back, that she were asking what type of taco I was supposed to have but that I wasn’t sure because I was never asked nor did I specify. I heard her lay the phone down and tell a coworker that “she was about to cuss this lady out on the phone” ... I had to hang up before I lost my temper because that has to be the RUDEST thing you could ever say to someone. Oh let’s not forget to mention that I said thank you and I was never even told hello at the window when I spent my money. Anyways! Not worried about my meal, nor my refund anymore, I just figured a bad review would be plenty enough to expose the rude experience to thousands or well, the whole world via internet. 🙃 I will...
Read moreI am a Taco Bell regular at quite a few locations because I like Taco Bell and I have a lot of errands to run. This wasn't the worst, but it certainly wasn't the best location. Starting with the ordering process, I had to repeat my order 3 times. The vehicle I drive is very quiet and I don't use the radio hardly at all. In addition to that, while I'm not exactly a loud talker, I do speak at a reasonable level and with a respectful manner. I'm not sure if it was faulty equipment or not, but by the 3rd time of repeating my order I wound up having to hang my head out of my car window and speak a little louder then I am normally comfortable with. As for the food...it wasn't what I was expecting. I ordered a crunch wrap meal, which is what I received, but it was either several hours old (meaning cooked a while ago then warmed up), or it sat in the press too long, which resulted in the top half of the crunch wrap's tortilla being about as crisp as a tortilla chip. The same thing happened to the soft taco which came with my wife's meal. The customer service was...
Read moreSo I had a great experience up until I had to deal with MARGARET.
I ordered a mini quesadilla along with other things, but when I opened my quesadilla there was NO CHEESE. I went back to the counter to ask them to please put cheese on it, and the girl working the line said she would. But Margaret decided to take it upon herself to defend the money of taco Bell and exclaim "ITS ONLY A DOLLAR, YOU DON'T PUT THAT MUCH CHEESE ON IT, IF THEY WANT MORE CHARGE THEM". She kept barading the poor girl trying to give me decent service, that I went ahead and had her charge me for the cheese. But it was really aggravating to have to pay for something that should have already been on my food. Mind you, Margaret isn't even a manager at this restaurant and she wasn't the person who made the food. She was just a busybody trying to go by the book so hard that she failed to provide a decent experience for me. Won't be eating here again anytime that...
