I wanted to make sure I shared my experience at this location. I visited the drive thru here on 3/31. I had ordered for a large family 4 different adult entrees and 2 kids meals. When I arrived home with the food I realized two things one I was missing a salad and two I was charged extra for upsizing of beverages when the lady over the intercom stated that they had no more regular cups. It wasn’t really that big of a deal things happen, just one person in our group was out a meal for the night. That night I got on Zaxbys feedback website to see if I could get comped for the salad I was missing and inquired about the extra charge on the drinks. I received a response back rather quickly stating that if I brought the receipt and the email confirmation in they would just give me another salad and fix the surcharge on the drinks.
On April 12th I returned on my way home from work to order another big family meal and had my receipt and email showing the issue from my last visit to the restaurant on 3/31. I handed the gentlemen at the front desk my receipt and he said he needed to get with his manager. In less than a minute the manager came out (Thia or Tia) and handed the receipt back to me and told me she wasn’t going to replace my salad because she had already replaced the salad two other times. I told her I hadn’t been back to zaxbys since March 31st and she very rudely stated she wasn’t reimbursing me and turned away. At that time I told her I was going to contact corporate and she stated to go ahead! I was completely taken back from this experience and was in shock at how disrespectful and rude this lady was. I contacted Zaxbys feedback original message and I figured it had went back to the restaurant so I tried to call Zaxbys phone line to share my experience but all feedback has to be done online. I filled out another complaint regarding how I was treated at the restaurant by the manager and received an automatic feel good response and nothing further. Read moreWe waited after we paid for our bill about 6 to 7 minutes per the delivery woman at the drive-through. We had received our drinks and I finished mine. We were not allowed in because of COVID-19. If I was allowed and I would’ve gotten a refill. She went inside to ask her manager if she could refill my drink and was told no when she came back out. I told her I understand policy Because it was per her manager because it was per her manager.
I drove off and I noticed that I missing for sauces I rightfully paid for. A dollar in total. I was gonna let that go but I couldn’t. So I have to walk out of my vehicle around the entire store to harass politely the delivery lady for the drive-through. Someone comes out instead to meet with me and lets me know that they will get my sauce is for me. I wasn’t gonna get a refill still for the convenience.
Right in front of me someone just received your order and said hey I’m missing my brownies.
The Sauces took a hot minute to come out if you know what I mean. I waited patiently and finally got my sauce is that I am rightfully paid for. I get to my vehicle to eat my taco meal from the drive-through and the meal is cold. Not because I waited forever on the sauces it’s because it was already cold.
I can honestly say it was not their pleasure to serve me because they couldn’t hook me up with a correct order and a courtesy refill. Do the math do the homework…
I’m taking my business elsewhere. I go to Zaxby’s 2 to 3 times a week. I even question myself if I was being cheap and or ghetto about the whole situation. I waited on the drive-through to give me my meal that wasn’t hot and they couldn’t give me a refill because they put too much ice in a cup anyways. I asked for a half a cup of ice and it was completely full.
I am very upset with Zaxby’s. Never ever again… Ever.

Read moreI was very disappointed! I had heard this place was a great place to eat. I went through the drive thru ordering $35+ worth of food. I was told to park because they would bring my food out to me that was at 3:45pm. My order consisted of a #1 #3 and a Cobb salad. Two cars came after me and parked next to me, they received their food and left. A third car came and left, I stopped the young lady in the parking lot asking about my order. The young lady asked to see my receipt, I gave it to her. She went inside and a young man came out telling me they already sent my order out, I said you may have but it wasn't given to me. He repeated himself, I said well I don't have it so someone else must have received my order. The young man was holding my receipt, he again says the order was made and sent out. I said you may have made it, but it didn't get delivered to me, why do you think I'm still sitting here talking to you? I just want you to make my order and bring it out to me. Someone must have gave my order to one of the other 4 cars that parked next to me and left. The young man goes back inside and sends my order out with a different person. I ordered extra sauces and didn't receive them, I checked the order before leaving. The young lady didn't have my receipt and said she didn't know anything about the order she was just delivering it. I waited for my receipt and finally left at 4:15pm 30 minutes for fastfood that the staff made the mistake of giving to another driver and you want to challenge me about the error you made. Please just own your mistake and get me my food or a refund. I don't steal and didn't appreciate the way the error was handled. Now as for the food it was just okay. I can't say it was worth the wait, maybe the way the situation was handled soured my taste on the food.
