Normally I have nothing but good things to say about Bojangles as the food is great! Chicken supremes are my favorite along side their season fries and legendary sweet tea. However, my experience today was very different and this is all focused around the customer service not the food. I have been going to this particular location ever since I moved back to Greensboro in 2017. This location has continuously messed up my order just about every time I’ve visited. Everything from missing items to the wrong order all together! However, I have been reserved in leaving a negative review because let’s be honest everyone makes mistakes. Today however was very different, I got my usual chicken supremes combo, the employee was handing me the bag and then my dipping sauces fell out the bag onto the pavement. I don’t know if she noticed but I politely asked if I could have replacements as they fell out the bag and hit the ground. She rolled her eyes at me and said nothing! I was in a hurry so instead of arguing I just put my car in park, opened my door, and picked up the sauces. This by far is sub par customer service and I highly advise management to address the issues if they want to continue to have returning customers. Read moreI came through the drive thru on Friday 11/15 around 6pm to the Cone Blvd store.. I came for the Bo bites special... none were ready. The person at drive thru said they were dropping some, i asked how long. He then got an attitude.. said 15mins.. he then addressed me as a sir... when i stated I wasn't a man, I was a woman, he became slightly aggressive then told me he wouldn't serve me, i asked why.. he got further aggressive and continued to state he wouldn't serve me... I'm not sure why, my daughter was with me and can verify that I was not aggressive or rude.. I then left to get my daughter's food and when i returned, I went inside to place my order.. I noticed the manager on duty was on the drive thru headset and the attitude was still there... he insisted they were not dropping anymore Bo bites which i found to be rude.. it was still early and it's their special item... So I ended up getting something else because my son wanted Bojangles.. he didn't give me my receipt... there was tea spilled on the floor where I almost slipped and fell.. The customer service was horrible... I did NOT appreciate the attitude, the rudeness with being called a sir and being told he wouldn't serve me over whatever reason... I doubt I visit this...
Read moreI rolled to Bojangles for the second time in a month. I had to wait at least 5 minutes before I could flag somebody down to take my order. I ordered the same thing I always have, the Cajun filet sandwich, dirty rice and a medium drink. The cashier kept interrupting me to ask if I wanted the combo. Finally got my order in and they brought me a Cajun filet biscuit. I took my tray back to the counter and told them I had asked for the sandwich. To fix the problem, instead of bringing me a Cajun filet sandwich, they literally brought me the bread to make my own sandwich, with no lettuce, mayo or anything else. I took my tray back to the counter and asked for a refund. They got the manager, who asked what happened. I couldn't even tell the manager what happened without the girl that took my order running her mouth and literally making fun of me. The manager finally told her to stay quiet. She did make things right and apologized, which I appreciated. This should have never happened. Even after replacing my meal, the chicken was over cooked just like last time, and the dirty rice was extremely salty. They need to hire mature, competent employees. Having an immature brat like that handling my food makes me nervous. I will NEVER go back...
