Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Greensboro

Listen I don’t really do reviews like that. But this manager Evan if I’m spelling it right is Underrated Unappreciated and probably Undervalued. Reason why I say this is because I looked up management salaries and pay. I’m praying that he’s getting a raise yearly. The few times I been there he has given quality customer service and respect. For me respect goes a long way in my book. I had an issue with my door dash order earlier that day went back later to just order new food. Now mind you he had Zero to do with order earlier that day because he is there at night. I ordered new food which was fast and fresh. Got something to drink then told him what happen to my order. Yes he offered cookies but he was way too polite I couldn’t pass up getting his name. I’ve seen him the few times I been there and he always courteous. Please treat this guy with what he deserves. He’s valuable to this restaurant food chain. I hope he is promoted higher up or given raises. Don’t let him slip by this company and go somewhere else where is will be valuable anywhere he goes. In fact that whole night crew is top tier. Those young guys got that restaurant clean. Food be good and I feel they all should be getting top pay or benefits. Any damn thing (scholarships) ( stalks investments) ANYTHING. Zaxbys you did your ONE ⬆️ with this crew and that...

This is probably the worst zaxby's I've ever been to. order because the dinning is closed you have to go through the drive-through the young lady was rude and just very ⁶⁶unprofessional.. I was in the middle of a train I thought I was getting ready to ask her a question after I just ordered a Cobb salad and she interrupted me and said fried or grilled? BUt because I was ordering and was in the midst of getting ready to tell her more information she cut me off and I didn't understand what she said so then she said to me again grilled or fried with a nasty tone? Long story short my order was wrong I ended up having to take my food back they didn't give me an apology or anything like that just gave me the corrected order and stuck it out the window and didn't even say have a good day... Got the spicy chicken with the spicy sauce it was just thrown together there was sauce everywhere and they only gave 2 napkins and I had sauce dripping off of the sandwich all over the place... Like what you would do if you were mad at someone if they sent something back not to mention the fact that the chicken...

They got our entire order wrong, forgot almost every single substitution we made, and paid extra for. The manager didn't want to fix it and was rude for entirely no reason when it should have been a simple fix.

Then, tried to lie and say say the order was correct. I don't know who know that lady is, but they should seriously consider letting her walk!

I wouldn't recommend going here once you get off work. I doubt it will be worth the trouble!

Update : me and my wife left with no food and paid. The manager refused to give us the store owners name or number. They told us they would bring us the food in 10 minutes out front. 22 minutes go by, and nothing. We go back to the window, the food was done awhile go but the manager had the boy at the window say it was there for 1 minute. We tried 1 fry, and it was cold. We gave it back, asked for a refund, and she refused. So they have the food, receipt and the money. Zaxbys, do better! Fire her! You can't have liars, people who are quick to a rude and condescending attitude as managers.
