Arby's — Restaurant in Greenville

Very disappointed. I eat at fast food rarely anymore but Arby's was definitely better several years ago. I ordered a Chicken Bacon Swiss cheese sandwich meal which in the past was a real piece of chicken. Yesterday this piece of meat was about a 1/4 inch thick with breading. I assume they deep fried it. Not even sure but combined with the white pasty roll this was one of the nastiest tasting sandwich I've ever had. The meat and roll was so bad I'm confused as to how they thought adding some shredded lettuce, a thin slice of tomato, bacon, cheese and sauce would help this sandwich. The crinkle fries were also terrible. It was so bad that I will not eat at Arby's again. For this price I can get a better meal at a restaurant. Better yet I'll eat at home and prepare...

$50 in food and it was horrible! Ordered a burger with no onions and what's on it when I get home onions and literally looked like a preschoolers art project what a freaking mess! Tried checking my bag in the drive thru and the woman at the window informed me that everything was there she bagged it herself I said oh really where's my drinks? Asked for extra bronco berry sauce for poppers and nuggets nope not there! I completely understand that the drive thru was very busy but that's no excuse! If you can't handle being busy at certain times of the day maybe you should quit and pretend y'all are closed again because of Covid! The standards of this restaurant has really dropped and I've been eating here for years! I'll guarantee I won't be back!...

So I went today to pick up lunch for my wife I order a honey mustard wrap , and other things my ticket said I order a Buffalo wrap and especifically ask the lady on the window to make sure was honey mustard since the paper said it wasn't she told me in my face was check it, and not to worry ,she told me indeed was honey mustard, so I said ok putting my trust in her words, well they didn't put a honey mustard wrap was a diferent. Very disappointed for the service and felt betray by that employee especifically...is not the first time that she does a poorly service..they should put someone with the skills and training...
