I would give this place no stars if it was an option. Food was horrible the coleslaw was about the best thing but this was supposed to be a chicken restaurant and their chicken had zero flavor. I ate at hundreds of Bojangles and they all taste the same except for this one tastes like the food was just fried in flour with nothing not even a salty taste.
Only the manager seem to be polite rest of the staff seem to know that we came inside and did not want to take our order. After making my order stand there with my family of six the cashier ask Diane or carry out you can tell they did not want us to eat inside.
After going back twice to get our order corrected each time they seem more annoyed every time we came up and when my wife went up to ask about the missing biscuit from her plate they somewhat insinuated that we must have been lying because the girl said that they put a biscuit on every plate I then had to stand up and say that we counted them and there was one missing.
we also had a food item missing from another plate macaroni and cheese went to ask for it and I literally had to show my receipt and I'm like I'm sitting right here at the table less than 6 ft away from the counter no need to lie when they can look right at the table
It seemed like we were getting eyeballs because we are a Muslim family so it seemed like we were getting eyes I don't know if that was the issue or not but it seems like we were getting stared down upon and as we left the building most of the staff was standing over the front shoulder shoulder whispering as we were walking out the door
And after traveling all over the place this is one of the worst Bojangles I've...
Read moreWhile in Greenville (live in Easley) this week we stopped by this Bojangle's location (N Pleasantburg Dr) for a late Lunch. We had to wait for fresh Chicken Tenders to be cooked but that was OK as they have the Tender Special going on and it seemed to be a popular item. The gentleman who took our order, Jaquavius Henderson (I had him write his name down to get it correct), and while we were waiting was such a delight to deal with. He did everything to see to it that during our wait that we continued to have enough tea and if he could get us anything else, all while smiling and going about his other jobs and chores, he didn't just stand around like most places. Just too older ladies out for the day, tired and hungry, yet here was this young man who turned our day and attitudes (we were getting grumpy from being hungry) around. We left there full, smiling and tenders (it comes with 4 so 2 then/2 later) for a later dinner. If you go by check Jaquavius Henderson out. He will put a smile on your face and you'll leave in a better mood than when you arrived. Bojangle's has a great one with this employee. Can't say that for most fast...
Read moreSo I always come to this Bojangles I think it has the best chicken in town better than even the other Bojangles it's always hot this time I decided to eat in instead of going through the drive-thru I had a little extra time. Biggest mistake ever they are so rude at this location on the inside I guess I never thought about it because I've always went through the drive-thru. When I walked in the lady that was working the cash register looked at me like we were playing last see who can out stare at each other. I had to actually ask her are you ready for my order and she looked at me and said that's what I'm here for. So I will not be back here. And it sucks because the food is really good. The manager was standing between the drive-thru and where they serve the food. So yes I blame the management and yes I blame the owners because you know how rude your employees are and if you don't care they don't care. you will not convince me you don't know how they treat people...
