Burger King — Restaurant in Greenville

I have been to this location alot recently, and no matter what i order, i am always told to "pull forward". the last 3 times i was told this, there was literally not a single person behind me, not even a person ordering in drive thru area, theres no one! every time they tell me to pull forward, they always forget to put something in my bag, and that is frustrating. they shut the window before you get time to tell them what you want. if you want ketchup, you got to find a way to get their attention before closing the window, or you wont get any. want sauce, get their attention, or you get none. i order 1 combo: the quarter pounder. " pull forward and wait." waiting, waiting, waiting... i have timed it each time. average wait time is between 10-30 minutes. the second to last time i was here a few weeks ago, they said to pull forward. there was a SUV already there. the woman literally looked out from her window, saw the suv, and shut the drive thru window, knowing i had no way to pull forward. so im stuck there, and the person behind me pulls forward, and he cant go anywhere, so he blares the horn at me to move up. no where to go..., woman sticks her head out again and tells me to pull up. fine, i pull up the 3 feet between me and the suv. guy behind me blaring on his horn, wont stop. what do the employees do? nothing. not their problem apparently. the employee giving the food to guy in front of me, shaking his head at the guy behind me, because no one can do anything. last week, i was told to pull forward, where there is someone in a truck in front of me. this person is extremely unhappy and giving the employees out there some naggin. i have to hear it all since im right on their bumper. i get my food, and theres already someone behind me, i cant go anywhere because " i pulled up".

you really need to re train this location on what parking...

I've gone to this location twice in 2 weeks and both times they got my order wrong at the drive thru. The first time I ordered and paid for fish combo with cheese and 2 whoppers. I got to my husband's job to give him the whoppers and started to eat my fish sandwich an saw no cheese on it. The second time I went was for a #10 combo which is a double meat bacon & sausage crescent sandwich with tots an a drink. First they gave me someone else's order so I turned around an went back. When I got there the manager standing beside the server hears the whole thing and says nothing. The server told me to pull forward and they will bring my order out. The manager hands me a bag with no tots and when I called her back she tells me the server said I got them already. After arguing with her she brings me the tots. I drive off opening my sandwich take a bite an they still got the dang order wrong. They gave me a double sausage crescent sandwich. Smh! Burger King says have it your way, but they can't even give it to you their way. I ordered from the menu, so why can't I get what I order at this Burger King. #Verysad...

Ordered on the app… tried to leave review on app, but accidentally sent it too soon and wouldn’t let me go back.

Ordered 2 of the promo Monster meals, and extra burger and a tea.

The lady at the window said “we are out of the cookie piece for the sundae is that okay”… so I said “that’s fine”.

What she didn’t say was they were also out of the purple fudge for them. And that they didn’t have the orange buns for the whoppers.

Why still offer the meal if you can’t make it?

Does it make a difference on the flavor? No, but that’s not why I ordered it.

My nephew had been begging for it, so I ordered it for him and me.. so when I got back with a standard Whopper and hot fudge sundae.. I looked like a liar.

This isn’t the first time I’ve had something like this happen, and it doesn’t matter when it’s me.. but when it’s someone who gets excited for that kind of stuff and you all advertise it, it’s available to order and then you don’t get it.....
