The food is always amazing. My only problem is that i went in today to pick up a mobile order with my boyfriend i had placed. I had ordered 2 bowls and used my rewards for a free SIDE of queso. We had checked the bag to make sure we had gotten the side of queso that i had ordered, because last time we ordered it from this location we did not get it but we had already gotten home so i didn’t want to make it a big deal. The side of queso was not in the bag so my bf went up to the counter and asked about it and of course it wasn’t on the receipt. The lady at the counter was very rude and said it was our fault and our problem for it not being on the receipt. We pulled up the mobile order on our phone that shows and says “Side order of queso” The manager came up and asked what the problem was and we explained the situation and she told us “Yeah the rewards are weird it actually puts the queso on your entree instead of it being a side order” Thats not true you’re just lazy. I didn’t want to cause a scene because that was the stupidest thing she could’ve said. No other chipotle i’ve been to and the amount of times i’ve been to one has had the SIDE. of queso put on to my entree. I’ve always for the last 10 years over 60+ times used my rewards for a side of queso and i have gotten a literal SIDE (like it says online) of queso. I am not trying to be a Karen, but the fact that the employees let alone the manager was being so rude and disrespectful and saying that it was our fault and problem we didn’t get a side of queso is aggravating. Read moreYesterday was the second time in less that 2 weeks that I've had an issue with this chipotle. I don't know who the new lady is that they had working to-go orders, but her attitude is outrageous for someone that is constantly messing up the orders. Went in to pick up my order she completely omitted the chips that were supposed to come with guac she put in a bag by itself. She had an attitude, but eventually gave me the needed chips. After seeing she messed up my order, I proceeded to check to make sure everything else was correct and noticed that more items were missing (the second chips and guac order. When I addressed it with her, she argued back and forth with me saying that I didn't order them. Instead of admitting that she forgot to include them with my order, she disrespectfully walked away while I was talking. When I pulled up my order in the chipotle app to show her exactly what I had been trying to tell her, she finally gave me the rest of the order and refused to acknowledge her mistake. People make mistakes, but if you do, you should own up to it and make the appropriate corrections. We were planning on eating there, but when we got to order our food the guy working said they were out of a few things, I was disappointed but still ordered. Well as I was ordering for my daughter and myself I saw that they has shredded cheese, asked if I could get some shredded cheese on mine and my daughters orders and they told us no that it was only for online orders. We couldn't get anything on our bowl that we wanted, the guacamole they had out looked old, so I asked if they had any fresh, was told no, se we could get queso cheese, no shredded cheese, no lettuce, no black beans, all we were allowed to get in our bowls was rice, salsa, pinto beans and a meat.
