Anyone who gives this location positive reviews is either a nice person, has gotten very lucky with their Hwy 11 Starbucks endeavors or simply has not made a visit to the other Starbucks locations in Greenville, Raleigh or anywhere else for that matter. Let's review my issues with these folks:
If there is an item on the menu, the barista shouldn't act like they've never heard of the item before. It's a stupid Rice Krispy Dream Bar thing. A RICE KRISPY TREAT. It's been on the menu for a long, long time.... yet employees at your location still don't understand what's being asked for... then when they put two and two together, they still seem confused and say "Ummm let me check to see if we have that.... no we don't have that sorry." I understand that the inventory trucks only bring a certain number of items to each location, but if it's on the menu please act like you know what's on the menu. You shouldn't be taking food orders otherwise.
A Mocha Frappuccino is supposed to include more than Mocha syrup, with a little bit of ice, especially when it includes Espresso. I'll admit that even I like "a little coffee with my milk/flavoring" when ordering a Starbucks drink, however I was disgusted from this poor rendition of a mocha frappuccino.
I literally dumped that Crappuccino in the sink and washed it down quickly to ensure that my sink did not become a diabetic, then I made the realization that after over a year or so of giving the Hwy 11 location a fair chance, I'm just over it.
I even called this morning to explain to the manager why I'm so frustrated, but the airhead was like "whaaaaaaat?" I eventually just hung up after saying what I had to say, because when it's 7:40am on a Saturday and all you wanted was a normal mocha frap with some expresso and it gets that screwed up, there's gonna be hateful things said at some point.
Moral of the story, this location is terrible. If you love this location, either you don't know how a Starbucks drink should be made and you love the incorrectly made version of their menu item or you've been unfortunate to be sheltered and really need to go to one of the other Starbucks locations in town to find out what a real Starbucks drink is like. You'll also find that other locations have a more knowledgeable staff in regards to the items on the menu.
Rant over.... and so if my business with this stupid location....
Read moreI come to this location nearly everyday to the point majority of the associates know my order.
I rushed off work had to work late and just wanted my usual on 6/24/24.
I arrived at the location 8:55 yes five minutes before close. As soon as I pulled up to the drive through line I was told they were closed. I thought this to be strange bc I looked up the time online. I pulled over looked up the location again bc certain locations stay open longer. I wanted to make sure I had the right location. I saw 9pm. I called the store and asked what time do you close. The supervisor they stated whose name was Casey they told me, said we are closed. I said what time do you close and they were hesitant to say. So I told them why would they refuse to service me before they establishment actually closed? No answer silence. I informed them I did not appreciate the lie and they could have just said hey we have everything cleaned I’m pretty understanding but to lie and to be a supervisor lying is what gets me. I have had to wait on customers 2 minutes before close. What happened to customer service? I always go to this location but after this experience I will not return. The associate did offer for me to come back but at the point of lying to me and lying about serving me why would I want to come back? Service is better than money and I was given a gift card by corporate but really? This is where customer service has gone? Not too mention they also attempted to lie about me coming into the line. Keep in mind I have phone record of me calling at 8:57 and I’m sure there is cameras of me pulling in...
Read moreThe worst location in Greenville. When they get busy they will literally tell you that you can go to the Fire Tower location and get better/faster service, and they are not lying. The drinks are not consistent, despite the fact that I order the exact same thing every single time. Mobile orders seem to be the lowest priority and often times it will take 15-20 minutes to get your whole order. Meaning you are standing in the store holding one of your drinks for 15 minutes while you wait on the second drink. This morning my partner received so much attitude after the drinks were made incorrectly that she just left and ordered them again from the fire tower location. Unacceptable. Will...
