Edit**AS OF TODAY 9/11/20....AFTER LEAVING MY REVIEW I WAS LEFT A COMMENT BY MANAGEMENT ASKING THAT I CONTACT THEM ETC. I CONTACTED THEM VIA EMAIL AS I WAS ASKED AND AS OF TODAY WEEKS AFTER LEAVING THIS REVIEW, I HAVE YET TO BE REACHED OUT TO. MY ONLY ASSUMPTION AT THIS POINT IS THAT THEY DO NOT REALLY CARE TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT. THEY CLEARLY LEAVE A COMMENT SHOWING CONCERN FOR THE AUDIENCE. SUCH A SHAME.
I'm leaving a 1 and didn't even want to do that. We get pizza frequently because the kids love it and we are so busy between work football cheer etc. We just recently decided to try out domino's in greenville tx. We usually go with pizza hut or little Caesars. Today is sunday. Thursday we ordered 45 dollars worth of food and when arriving we waited nearly 20 min. Even though we preordered online. Then they forgot the icing we paid for that goes with the cinnamon bread and of course we were already home when we noticed. I'm big on understanding mistakes happen. I was a restaurant manager for nearly a decade. We just ate the mess ups and did without the icing we were charged for. Today however was unacceptable. I ordered car delivery online where they bring it to your car when they see u pull up. (Your prompted to give your vehicle info). I waited 15 minutes and not 1 person acknowledged that I was there though several stopped to look at me. Finally I call. I watch an employee answer the phone put me on hold then get in his vehicle and leave. I decide to get out. I'm standing outside my car at the door as I watch 2 different employees take 2 different calls a piece and my call was not answered. They waited until a second customer walks up and they see me telling her what's going on to come acknowledged me. I explain to her what I just went thru and she has the odasity to look at me after paying 30 plus more dollars for food and tell me, we haven't answered any calls our phone hasn't rang and we had noone on hold. The other customer looks at me as I look at her giving each other a look of disbelief. I was basically called a liar. I proceed to tell her they did in fact leave me on hold and they did in fact answer 4 calls while I watched and her next response was well he is a driver and he did what he was suppose to do by placing u on hold. Mind u, we counted, and we saw nearly 10 employees in the building. I proceed to ask her why dominoes even gives the bring it to your car option and has u fill in your vehicle description if u have to call in and wait anyways and she asked me "where does it give u that option". She brings my food out and I asked her if they got the icing and I was interrupted and told yes it's in the bag. I said ok I only was asking because I paid for it 3 days ago on a different order and never received it. She then just stood there and stared at me with zero response. I grabbed my food and left. So much for hoping we had a new pizza place to enjoy and spend our 100 plus dollars a week. If u want good customer service and are looking to save time....
Read moreI called to order my carryout and first of all the lady that "helped" me was just one of the rudest people ever. I mean come on your getting paid to help me, attempt to have some kind of good service. She didnt seem like she wanted to take my order at all and everytime i asked her a question her response was straight out rude. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. And i got to this store at 10 to pick up my order when it was scheduled to close at 11 p.m and the doors were already locked. I mean it was one hour earlier and they were already acting like there shift was over. Mainly what I had to say about the store is go somewhere else if you're looking for good service and good pizza because this place does not have it. Pizza Hut is down the street and I'm sure their employees at least know to be nice to you and give you a good quality pizza...

And he charge me extra $4.99 so when i ask him why you get extra ... I thought there is some update on the price ... and he said this what we charge here or take your $20 back go to another store.... and he said to in this store we didn’t follow DOMINOS Advertising here we have Different and i call the dominos company to Make a complaint on this guy ... it was very good customer care and take full information and my cellphone to contact me later i feel very bad if i know that gonna happened with me am going to Pizza Hut or Papa John’s store ... i never see dominos store like this always nice peoples and great customer services Except...
