Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenville

Arrived at pu window for a preordered meal after a long day at work. Jason at the window was very nice he checked everywhere for our order. It was 545 and we had 6 pu. While jason was looking around a girl working inside was cussing and carrying on about her boyfriend. Jason said to wait a few minutes and they would see what was happening. Jason then went out of store to deliver a stack of pizzas. A woman came to the windiw and said there was only one person who knew what was going on in there with 3 trainees. Please pull to side. I pulled to the side of the parking lot 3 small hungry children in my car. For 45 minutes i saw between 7 and 10 cars park off to side some just left after ching an additional time on their orders. I didnt see any of them receive food. The tracker said my pizzas had been prepped at 545 but nothing else. After waiting at the restaurant for a total of 1 hour without any solid explanation i left. After driving for an additional 15 minutes it said my order was ready. Really well one hour and 3 crying kids later too bad. I am calling customer service tomorrow whose hours are 8 to 6 pm. Hopefully they will rectify...

Updated: Went in to pick up my order after waiting several minutes behind a car at the PICK UP window. The guy inside was rude, the lady condescending. I'm done with this Dominoes after being a very regular customer for over 5 years. His reply was merely that "there are only 2 of us" and "I guess you never worked at a restaurant." Hers was a very condescending "you have a good night sir." (A few times...)

I merely stated that I'm here to pick up a pick up order... and I'd inquired about the pick up window, as to if it wasn't meant for "ready to pick up orders," as clearly the folks sitting at the window, have an order that is NOT ready.... 🤔

After a few, very rude words from them, I'd shared with them that I'm calling corporate, and she replied "Good luck with that."

Tried calling... Without even a chance to say a word, they pick up and place you on hold. Called, as I'm at the pick up window. My order has been ready for a while. Swung by to get, and they have a car in front, who I guess they're making a pizza for from...

Update. I came back after a year or so, because you probably have the best pizza and chicken choices. First of all, do NOT check in when you get there for immediate pick up, because it won't happen if one or more customers are in the store. I stood there for 5 minutes waiting behind a group who didn't know what they wanted. Just one cashier. 5 other people are there doing food prep. A lady came out from the back to hand pizzas to 2 cars. I'm getting steamed now, because I had no idea they had a drive thru. I finally flag her down and say "I'm using the drive thru next time." No one said a word. Til next time, which...
