Usually I have a great experience but we ordered the family 20 piece tenders with 2 sides but only got about 16 pieces of little chicken strips tried to call up there to see if we could get the strips we paid for almost 45.00 we spent and the phone number don’t work so we all didn’t even get to eat but 2 strips never will go back waste of money I could have went somewhere else for almost 45.00 and got way more this is crazy

I wanted to update this review because after leaving the review from my experience today Ne’Quan Jones reached out to me and she was so nice, understanding and made everything right after seeing this. She definitely deserves to be recognized for being so professional and caring about making customers experiences better. She reached right out in a great timely manner and has great customer service she is a great employee thank you for reaching out and being such a great employee definitely will be back due to the fact you took the time out to care about how customers feel...

Poor customer service. Ordered curbside delivery.. arrived at the designated time the order was projected to be ready...sat and waited in the curbside delivery parking spot.. crickets from Golden Chick. 15min later after getting tired of waiting and seeing about 5 cars roll through the drive thru, I walk inside and the service counter person didn't even know what I was talking about.. She grabs someone else and they all walk over to some cabinet and retrieves my food.. smh. Apparently it was ready to go 15 min ago, but no one bothered to bring it out. Service counter girl didn't seem wrapped too tight.. she was having a hard time with generic customer service.. no greeting, no thanking for my business, no apology for the wait, no apology for not bringing my food, nothing.. Why call it curbside if you're not going to bring it out. Terrible. Pointless to even order online. But, in spite of all that, a little bit of courtesy to your patrons goes a long way. They could care less...

When I first moved here in 2021 I started coming here to eat and the food was all right as time went by the quality of the food went down so I stopped coming well about a month ago I decided I wanted to try it again and the food was delicious the service was great I don't know what happened I went there again last night and the service is absolutely terrible I asked for my senior discount but didn't get it and was told I had to buy a combo meal to get it but when I checked the website it says you just have to purchase $6 or more the food has gone way down again I don't know if they lost their good cook or what but I could only eat about half of my tenders because the ends are so hard and overcooked you cannot even chew them up the food was cold I also ordered jalapeno poppers the eight piece which are almost $7 and half of them were like half the size of the other four so I don't think I'll be coming back here again for a while...
