If I could leave less than one star I definitely would!! Absolutely the worst Pizza Hut experience ever!! We ordered the triple threat box for dine in, we received one of our pizzas and cheese sticks but after an hour of waiting we have received our other food. There were two young ladies working the front just as hard as they could and they deserve nothing but praise but the kitchen staff and management was the worst!!! The level of disrespect from the “General manager” not only to these two employees especially but towards customers was appalling! Her not only screamed at these two girls who were truly their best to keep up with all the mistakes coming from the kitchen, he was down right cruel to them they should’ve walked out and left him high and dry to finish the shift but then when he finally showed his face to the customers he was even more rude to them to the point of screaming at customers who called him out for his mistreatment of his employees! One was a brand new employee who was doing her best with little to no training on a Friday night! I myself am a general manager and if I ever treated anyone the way this man treated people tonight I would expect to have no employees or customers! He definitely does not deserve this title nor job for that matter!! I have never been so disappointed with a restaurant experience in my life!! I just hope the two young ladies get the praise and recognition they deserve and I hope he gets shown his way out the door because I honestly don’t think this is the reputation Pizza Hut wants! But the MANAGER….. where do I begin? Let’s begin at the $24.06 wasted for a Detroit pizza with absolutely NO SAUCE AT ALL for $12.99. And the meat that was tasted like it had sat out from the time they opened until they threw it on my thin crusted pizza, which I requested to be cut into squares but wasn’t! Or let’s discuss how I called to explain my concerns and the manager over talked me and blew me off! She pretty much told me it offered to make my Detroit pizza again (in which I would have to come get) and disregarded my thin crust pizza concerns because and I quote “our meat is fresh our truck just came.” Doesn't matter when the truck came or how fresh the meat is if it tastes left out, help me figure out a better solution! Read moreI’m pretty disappointed in the lack of customer service from my experience today and I wish I could give it zero stars. I have never had an issue at this location over the last few years of using it. I received an alert letting me know my pizza was on the way. It took the driver 34 minutes to deliver my pizza and I am a 4 minute drive from the location. My pizza was ice cold when it finally got here. When I called to let them know that the pizza was cold, the girl on the phone was extremely rude about it. The manager asked if I wanted a new pizza or if I wanted a credit for next time. I asked for the credit for next time and she said she put it in under my phone number. I asked if I would receive an email or something regarding the future credit and she said, “No you won’t. Next time you come in use your phone number and you’ll have a credit on there. If you can remember that simple thing.” The attitude and rude comment of remembering a simple thing was absolutely uncalled for based on my question. It was also greatly unappreciated that she made the rude comment and hung up the phone.
