The girl with the pinkish hair who worked 11/11/23 around 8pm is extremely rude, lazy and in need of a coaching. Started with her lack of patience with the customer in front of me who had a coupon that expired. There’s better approaches then trying to embarrass a young kid. When it came to me for some reason she cut a big chunk of an already half loaf. I thought maybe it was damaged, and she was too lazy to exchange it and didn’t think i noticed. I indeed noticed and she with a showcase of aggression and attitude asked me “if I wanted it or not?” after I mentioned the bread. Me paying my money to fill her pockets at a job she signed up for should not have been met with that attitude. I calmly asked her to exchange the bread and she did by slamming it down. Then she proceeded to give me provolone cheese when twice already I told her I want to American cheese. Her response when I corrected her was “well ok” with an eye roll. She proceeded to make my sandwich, which I’m sure I had less meat, which was actually fine with me. I usually take meat out of my sandwiches. She had an attitude all the way through. However, the other lady who I met to give my money was very pleasant and I mentioned that if her coworker doesn’t like her job, maybe she should get another one. Before I left out, she tossed the bread that she was going to give to me All around the counter and mumbled insults. There’s too many other establishments where I can get a regular sub rather than having to deal with this girl who is obviously miserable in life. I’m usually met with great attitudes here but with...

FOOD the #7 freshly sliced turkey and cheese is a great lunch! I always have it Mike's Way add Deli mustard (spicy mustard) to make it "skinny" and when I can't help myself I add some of their house made sweet tea (or they also have all the name brand sodas) and a bag of chips (they have several flavors. I haven't indulged in any of their sweets, but the cookies and such look pretty good!! If you give your phone number you can build points (on certain days you can get bonus points - ask your very friendly sub Sherpa for details) and redeem them for free nibbles Vegetarian options!
SERVICE Always absolutely wonderful friendly smiling individuals are here to greet and whip up my sub! This is a top tier sub shop
ATMOSPHERE I love the decor at Jersey Mike's because it reminds me of Newport RI and makes me feel like I'm at the ⛱️ It was easy to find a table to sit at as they were ALL sparkling clean and everything was immaculately spotless Easy to configure tables so this would be great for a group of people, friends or family
LOCATION They are all great, but the Pelham Road location is super central midtown. Easy to get to from downtown via 385 or right down E North Street.
PARKING PLENTY of parking as it's located in the Publix shopping center. Handicapped spots right up at the door.

Read moreI was in today Feb. 20 at around 1:50. DJ WAS AMAZING, he took my order and had great customer service. I ordered a Philly steak which was a hot sub so he was on the flat top cooking it and taking / making other orders while my food was cooking because the other girl working with him kept telling him these tickets need to be done, all while he was making my sub taking orders and making other cold subs but she wasn’t doing much. I think I saw her make one sub, 2 door dashers came in for a pick up and grabbed the ticket she handed them to him and told him these need to be done the door dashers are already here while a line was adding up and while he was in the process of making mine and another order and she wasn’t doing anything, it was hard to watch , this review has nothing to do with D.J.. he was even the one to ring me out in the process of all that, he needs a raise and he needs employees that will help get through the orders. I usually never leave reviews but I felt for him and kept thinking why you asking him when he’s busy and you ain’t...
