Update Tuesday May 20th 2025 I guess I'm a stickler for the small things I walked to the restaurant because I had plans on walking to a different store I asked for tangible menu to take with me they hand me a store menu, so why am I told that there are no paper menus to be taken out.. I get directed online I understand I can order from online but I wanted the paper menu... Indefinitely I know you have them I just didn't like the approach again I'm a stickler for the small things when it comes to customer service
2024 Update: Nothing has changed with her She is so difficult to deal with..Why do I keep giving chances.Glad this meal was comped because they gave me raw rice before 🤷🏾I am giving them 1 star merely because of the manager on duty 4/17/23. When ordering food from these type restaurants you know what you are getting Its no question the food is going to taste the same plus I've been visiting this store for years, Anyway I placed a simple order and Let me tell you the young man that helped was very polite kind and courteous you could not ask for better service ( I WISH I KNEW HIS NAME ORDER#133) ,So as he is attempting confirm my order the management on duty steps in and rudely interrupts him steps in his way and attempts to tell him what "I" wanted She was more concerned if I paid for sauce than confirming my order, Needless to say once i got home my order was missing items .. It was pitty to say the least. It was a small, shallow bowl of rice and small serving of eel that was chopped into very tiny pieces (like size of dry cat food for comparison). I grew up in Japan and have ate plenty of eel bowl there and in US. I have never seen the eel bowl this sad. I get many restaurants lost profits and still struggling, but this is not a good way to keep the business open. It will drive away customers more in my opinion.
