Mancino's Pizza & Grinders — Restaurant in Greenville

The first time here I ordered a 16 inch veggie pie was quoted 30 minutes for pick up. I showed up 45 minutes after my order and was told not only was my order not ready they had me down for a grinder instead. After talking with 3 employees who kept asking me to repeat the fact that I had not ordered a grinder (and were, in fact, more concerned about the disposition of the extra sandwich than my missing order), I was finally told they could have my pizza ready "maybe in 15 minutes, if you really want". No apology or act of contrition was offered with a demand for the new amout of the tab, although the supposed manager was sure quick to make a snide remark about how she was just certain I wasn't going to tip.

Unfortunately had to drop from a 5 star to 4 star. Under old management they were the best. If you wanted a quick cheap pizza you knew where to go. But if you wanted a great experience with the best tasting, most freshest pizza anywhere you'd go to mancinos and I made sure everyone around knew it. I mean, their pizzas looked like they were straight out of a commercial. Not even exaggerating. Well worth the extra cost over the competition. Now since the new owners the old friendly staff who knew your name and wished you well are gone, and the pizza's have become more in line with everyone else so it's cheaper to go elsewhere. Good atmosphere, clean and kempt, inviting staff and good service, portions may seem small when looking at the menu (they are not), order has been accurate every time, good price, quality ingredients, they have coffee if you ask for it, less of a wait than a McDonald's drive thru and the staff are open to chat a bit with you while you wait but don't intrude if your an introvert as long as they aren't busy, good food, locally owned, I stop in whenever I visit michigan if I can. 5...
