My brother and I ate at this place. Where do I begin...?

First, Professionalism: Absolutely Substandard. They gave us a menu to look over before ordering. However, their prices on it and the prices listed on Google did not match. They chalked it up to being an outdated app. When we left, they did not notice that we did so, ask us how the food was or say, "Thank you, come again". Handling of dirty plates was poor (see below). Grade: D

Cleanliness: Nonexistent. The facility itself was dirty, floors look like they have never seen mop or broom. We were given 2 plates, which were greasy and dirty. I took them back and informed the Front of the House. She only said, "Okay," put them aside, and spoke to someone while another person checked two more plates. By the way, these were also greasy. When we got our food, we discovered the plates were not necessary in the first place. Grade: F

Safety Hazard: The cooks were not using gloves when handling raw food. We could also smell burned food, and we were sitting in the far end of the small place.

Food: D- to F

We ordered the following: Mozzarella Sticks, Wings, a Calzone and a Double Pepperoni Stromboli. Wait time in total was 25 minutes.

Mozzarella Sticks: Overcooked. The Marinara Sauce that came with it was far below substandard. Under-seasoned, using pulpy, stewed tomatoes. Wings: Decently cooked, but they were dry. Calzone: It was cooked properly, but it was soggy. Substandard ham was used in the making of it. A sauce that was served separately for it and the Stromboli was in a cup, and was a basic tomato sauce, with no seasoning whatsoever. Stromboli: Properly cooked, but other than that, it was most definitely below par. Sandwich pepperoni, not pizza pepperoni, was used. Also, the Stromboli had no sauce in it whatsoever.

The only palatable items were the fountain drinks.

In closing, I would say that Pizza City is on the level of a failed McDonald's. We would highly recommend...

Went to Pizza City ordered a #stromboli with onions, spinach, pepperoni, ham and green pepper, onions . First off this is a calzone with frozen spinach, raw ham & pepperoni and cottage cheese. I called to inform them there was a mistake. The owner told me I was lying the person who took the order repeated the order back to me and that it was correct. I explained to the owner ( no name given by the way) that this was the absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. This is gross and that he could at least offer to make what I actually ordered instead of calling me a liar. I have patronized this business for several years. But that stops today. I was surprised to see how this business handles a customer complaint, which could have easily been fixed by making the correct order. Their customer service is trash, the inside is dirty, needs a thorough cleaning and a tremendous amount of upgrades. Hopefully you all will put my $15.96 towards cleaning that place or taking some customer service classes. Because it’s clear they are taking the cheap way out with their food. This was unacceptable. 🤮🤢🤮🤢🤮🤢🤢🤮🤢#YeahThatGreenville #TrashResturant #Gross...

I’ve been coming to Pizza City for around 7 or 8 years now, and I’ll always say this—it’s my favorite pizza in Greenville, hands down. I’ve tried just about every pizza spot in the area, but I keep coming back here because nothing else really compares.

The food is great—especially the lunch special with two cheese slices. I get it almost every time. It’s simple but perfect. Crispy crust, great flavor, always fresh. And one small thing I really like? They keep lemons by the drink station so I can throw some in my water. I love that.

But what really makes this place stand out is the owner, Richard. He’s been good to me since day one. Years ago, when I was in college, I stopped by but realized I’d left my debit card back at my dorm. I was about to leave, but Richard told me, “Just pay me next time.” That meant a lot to me at the time. I didn’t have much money, and he didn’t have to do that—but he did. That’s the kind of guy he is.

So yeah, Pizza City isn’t just good pizza—it’s a place with heart. I’ll always...

This used to be our favorite pizza place. They put sausage on our pizza in place of beef and of course we didn't realize that until we started to eat it (at home, not there). We drove 20 mins to get this pizza, but not anymore. My husband called to see if they would at least get a half credit for the next pizza or half a refund for the order being wrong, they will only do that if you drive back up there. Because the cook didn't remember what he put on our pizza, they aren't willing to keep you from driving back. The remaining pizza is now in our backyard, and I guess they're fine with one or two less customers. Kudos to companies who do so well that they don't have to worry about good customer service anymore. Picture attached is the owner or managers response to my husband's review of not only the wrong order but the managers attitude when we called to see what we can do to fix this.

By far the nastiest pizza place I have been to in Greenville sc. ordered the meat special pizza with fries and wings. The pizza was decent. Had better. The fries had sooooo much oil on them and undercooked just DISGUSTINGGgggggg. WINGS were horrible. Order hot wings and there was barely any sauce on the wings and the wings were overcooked and dry. My friend told me to go to this place bc im from Jersey so I had certain expectations. Never ordering here again a waste of $45 .i only took a picture of the fries bc i was so pissed I threw everything out. The 2 little girls at the register were nice. That’s all I really have to say about this place. They need to do better
