This is the typical buffet you find at most oriental buffets. They have a small salad bar with the basic options. One bar has different breads. Another has the sweet and sour (dipping) sauce with options of breaded fried shrimp, chicken, egg rolls, etc. There is sesame chicken, honey chicken and my favorite this time was their steak with peppers & onion. You could cut the thinly slices of meat with a fork. They also have peel and eat shrimp. Their fruit and dessert bar, displayed in a sailboat, is a variety of cut up oranges or tangerines, bananas or (can) fruit cocktail in cream. They also make about 10 different types of sushi, mainly rolls, and have a hibachi grill, which is probably both our favorite. That has a variety of cut up veggies along with your choice of rice or noodles and steak, shrimp, chicken or (imitation) crab meat. It takes about 3-4 minutes for them to cook the protein and soften the veggies for you to enjoy. The couple who loves to come to this place has never tried a hibachi cooked meal although I wish they would. I took off a star because the restaurant needs a visual overhaul. Keep the heavy ornate features to the outside and entrance only. Steam clean all the furniture and floors as well as the dividers of the sections. The bathroom is dark reds all over and it appears hard to keep everything clean of grime. It reminds me of a brothel. I've never been in one, haha, but seen them in the older movies. Things just look dark and dingy, in Tokyo Grill, although wiped down, things appear to need a deep clean. Remove the dark walls, keep the floors, the oriental designs should be accents throughout the restaurant. Food is good.
Update of 5-13-24. We were back today earlier than we normally are here. There was a family at the table behind us. Three kids under 5 with Mom and Dad. They were allowed to toss food, napkins, straws, etc on the floor. The table s horrible mess left for the server to clean up. I'm sure you don't allow that at home so please don't leave these messes at a restaurant. Be respectful of the restaurant, their employees and...
Read moreRice was either overdone or underdone depending on which dish you attempted to eat. I say attempt because I’ve yet to sample anything edible much less pleasant. The chicken is mushy, the noodles are overdone and greasy. The habachi is nothing more than a hot griddle and soy sauce. The desserts are all stale or old. Even the jello is slimy. How do you mess up jello?! There are black looking mold on the vents. Everything is either slick with grease or dried out to preservation standards. And to think my family and I wasted $100 on this meal. Just to walk out and have to order suns later because we wasted our time, sanity, and money. The staff are rude and reach over you all the time just to bring you watered down soda cause they don’t know how to dump out a cup. I can’t stand sloppy wait staff however, the most pleasant part of our meal was being left alone after I asked our waitress to stop reaching over me as politely as I could. I’ve attached a photo of of the air vents. It’s disgusting but when seen during the meal it’s not wonderful why the food all tastes off. It’s almost like they are reusing old food and unwashed cookery. Go somewhere else. Beware, and abandon hope all ye who enter here. Also the bathrooms are deplorable. Hopefully they are cleaner than the kitchens...

KEEP AN EYE ON THE LADIES REFILLING YOUR DRINKS!! the ladie took my drink to refill aswell as the table behind me, when my drink came back the ice was gone which surprised me because I had ice when she took it! Before taking a sip I overheard the guy on the table behind me complaining about having ice on his drink! I looked back and realized she gave him my drink! And gave me his drink!. I asked for a new cup because I didn't feel comfortable drinking out of someone elses drink and she reply by saying no english! All of the sudden she forgot english lol. I had to go to the front register to get a fresh cup and she just kept smiling. I am an immigrant I have no problem with us immigrants coming to this country to make a better life, but if you do not speak english its ok, but don't put this person in a position where they have to talk directly to customers and don't know...
