US Wings & Deli — Restaurant in South Carolina

I worked right next to this place. I have been to this place 3 times and each time I have been disappointed. The first time I went I got the beef fried rice, no flavor. The 2nd time I went I got the salad and it tasted like nothing. I added things to make it taste decent. 3rd time was the worse. I debated whether I wanted to try them again but I was so hungry. I decided to get a kids meal. How can u messed that up? Well they did. The teriyaki sauce was like water. It was more on my fries than my boneless chicken wings. I went back and asked if I could get another thing of fries bc my fries were drenched in it. The guy who was working the front took my plate with my chicken that I was eating in it and took it to the back. He came back with approximately 9 fries that sat on the lid of the box. He stated I got a few more for you. I looked at the box like it was growing a head. Wth was I suppose to do with that? I asked "could you have at lease put it in a new box. If I close the lid it will fall right into the teriyaki sauce. The guy asked so u want me to go get you a whole new order of fries. I mean that would have helped the situation and putting them in a fresh box, preferably one without all the teriyaki sauce. He just didn't give good service and didn't really give a da*m. Neither did the owners.I never got a new box and I just threw my food away. I'll starve at work before I walk next door to eat there again. And I will tell all my...

I work next door, loved their wings. Unfortunately the staff is very rude. We usually call in our order and the woman hung the phone up my coworker when she asked about a extra charge. Instead of her just saying that the price had changed and it was a extra charge she just hung up the phone. So we went next door to ask her why and she said “ yeah I hung up on you”! They charge for everything.” Ok that’s fine just say that. When someone asked you a question about something we normally order all the time it doesn’t hurt to just say something. We weren’t rude to her at all so I don’t understand why the attitude. Apparently this isn’t her first time hanging up on people. I will no longer be recommending this place to our customers. If they have new owners they need to be aware of the way their employees...

If I could give a zero I would. First off I asked for honey bbq all flats fried hard. Look I'm my box wings are soggy asf I called and spoke with someone that stated with sauce it make the wings soggy , at that time I asked if you all knew that the wings would still be soggy it's ur job to inform. The customers ahead of time and give them the choice if they still want to proceed forward.. No one did!!!! I asked can I switch them for a different flavor with no sauce because I don't eat soggy wings. He stated that they can not. bad Business Highway Robbery. Be cautious when going to this spot. Seems like they get a kick out of just taking your money and not making good with customers when food is not right. Times are hard and every dollar is valued to be waisted for garbage .I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS...
