$8.99 (plus tax) to upend your life. Best sandwich I’ve ever had. In my life. Best ever. I always get the Española, which has Mexican sausage, omelette, beans, jalapeños, cheese, and a bunch of other great stuff on it. Biggest sandwich for ten bucks ever. Packed with flavor. They bake the bread at another closeby shop, and it is FRESH. I like this sandwich so much, I literally get what I call a “celebration torta” at the end of every college semester when I get good grades. That’s how I reward myself. (I obviously get them other times, too). This is several semesters running, and I’m going to continue this tradition for every celebratory occasion until I die. not my first time coming here i’ve always ate at the wade hampton location but we were nearby so we stopped by this one and got take out but stayed parked outside and ate in the car and i ordered chicken flautas and mid way into me eating them i saw something black on my lettuce and i got scared and gave the plate to my boyfriend and he checked it and there was a bug in my food i was so disgusted i told him to go back inside and ask for a refund and the cashier refused and said there was no way the bug could have been from in there because the food “comes out hot” but literally the lettuce and crema that it comes with is cold and the flautas were not hot at all either. they offered to give us a different plate but no refund but why would i want a different plate from the same place where i found a bug in my food i’m so disgusted and upset they refused to give us a refund. this happened on...

Delicious! Wonderful tortas. The bread was soft inside and perfectly crisp on the outside. The meat was juicy and full of flavor. Salsa bar was unique with things such as full size scorched pepper varieties, pickled carrots,thin sliced radishes, strips of nopales (cactus), sour creme (Hispanic style), mild, medium, and hot salsas, and more! Service was quick even though they were very busy, a promising sign of a delicious place when it's full of locals.
