I brought my mosquito magnet to this store for repairs in August last year, paid a deposit for the repair, and was told that they would be in touch with me when it was ready. It's now been 8 months and I still don't have the unit even after repeated calls to follow up and find out what's going on. Every time I call, I get a different story about what happened to it. The only common thread is that somehow they lost the unit and are "working on getting a replacement." This isn't difficult, so why is it taking weeks to figure it out? Their prices are much higher than other hardware stores in the area and the staff are incredibly rude (over 5+ visits over the last 6 years). Their U-Haul rental services are run horribly, and the guy in charge of renting them out will charge you for the insurance (even after verbally declining it in person). The same guy also refuses to print receipts and says “you need to contact U-Haul” to find out how much he is charging you.
