Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Greenwich

Bad, bad experience. I just had 2 pizzas delivered. 1)The delivery guy calls me when he’s out front to tell me he is here. Does not come to my door. I have to go outside to get the food when I have 2 little kids inside. Not a big deal...but that’s not what happens when you order delivery. 2)The delivery guy drops a plate with a half eaten fried chicken bone and rice and fork on my driveway in front of his car door. I assumed he would pick it up. I go back outside to check...and he left without grabbing it. 3)The bottom of our pizza is NOT cooked. It’s soggy. 4)I just called Dominos, told them everything that happened, and the guy says, “Thank you for your feedback and I’m sorry about your pizza.” -end of call-

This is crazy. I have never had this happen at this location and I’m completely shocked and angry. No offer to replace my pizza....nothing at all. I never, ever call to complain or write reviews...but this...

To all the people that had problems with dominos is true and the owner geo act's like he cares he don't he thinks if he fixes 1 thing you'll keep coming back so he can get your money. Geo already tried to get me to take my post down and i have proof hes a real jerkoff and only wants your money don't care about the costumers I've herd him talk about customers after they leave. He even threats his worker's like animals for minimal wage all of the food comes out of a freezer even the vegetables and meats its all processed food its nasty take good advice and go to a real pizza place you will be much happier!!! You're better off chewing gum for lunch then eating that food especially when ppl are talking food poisoning and the owner has all kid's running around like...

I’ve been a customer to this place for a very long time never had an issue until today. I live in an apartment building and I watched the driver spin the parking lot 2 times and then leave didn’t even try to actually look for the apartment. Called explain and was told that it was my fault because they had a wrong cell phone number registered. Driver comes back and says he is new which is ok but the Soda is missing from my order. They did try by offering free cinnamon sticks but then the the dip for the cinnamon sticks is missing. Driver was very apologetic and offered 50 percent off next order. I called in to confirm the 50 percent and guy over the phone says he can’t do 50 percent. Even after all that I still tipped the driver but come on guys...
