I've been a "regular" at Laronn Clinique for about a year now. The transformation in my skin is pretty amazing, but the main reason Dr Laronn has earned my loyalty is her integrity. My first procedure was actually a bit scary- I had a combo Fractora procedure (ablative and non-ablative in one) that left kind of dark red marks all over my face for the first few weeks afterward, and I was terrified I was going to have permanent scars. (I do not blame Dr Laronn for this, I blame Fractora.) Anyway, she reassured me and told me she would do whatever it takes to make sure I had good results. She did several phototherapy treatments as well as some other treatments on the red marks to get rid of them, and gave me some products to use as well- all free of charge- until it was taken care of. Now, there are no scars and my skin is almost flawless. I think most doctors would have just said "you signed the waiver" and charged more money for any additional treatment that was needed to prevent scarring. She showed me that she is honest and really cares and will do what's right. That earned my trust. Since then I have had several other treatments, including some filler injections by Dr Laronn as well. One area she injected filler was for the wrinkles around my mouth. I was very nervous about "duck lips" and stressed to her that I wanted it to be very subtle. My results were perfect. Just enough to smooth out the wrinkles a bit but not enough to make my lips look too big. She has a good eye and understands what looks natural.

I also have to say how much I love Jessica, the medical estetician who I work with. Jessica has done BBL (new technology in IPL/photo facial) on my face, chest, arms, and shoulders. (That stuff really works!) She is wonderful. First, she is so down to earth and genuine and easy to talk to, my time with her is really enjoyable. We chit chat like old friends while she does her magic on me. Also she knows her stuff- I'm always asking her questions and she explains everything really well. And she is really thorough- I know she is not missing spots!

I am a doctor myself, and am very picky about doctors I see. Dr Laronn was first recommended to me by a friend who is also a picky doctor. When I first went to Laronn Clinique it was because the compliments I used to get (telling me I looked young for my age) had stopped- and I looked in the mirror and realized why. Oh, I messed up and was an hour late to my appointment. Not only did she rearrange her schedule to make sure I could still get it done that day. She knew it was hard for me to schedule anything with being a single mom living all the way up in Bailey and running a business. It literally made me cry because she rearranged her whole schedule just to be able to help me. Every single person I have worked with there is just outstanding, amazing and beautiful. None of them look plastic they all look like just normal beautiful natural women. Much more relatable than the last place I went to which I will not mention in this. However, the women were very pushy. They use young women they look plastic And they don’t give you good impressions on the results you’re actually gonna get. Plus they sell you stuff that you don’t need. Pretty much they told me I need three halos some Botox and I’m done which I was really shocked about because I thought I would need so much more work. They don’t sell me on the highest package just to make money they do what I need to have done to my face. I did get a sculpture done and let me tell you. I am so satisfied my marionette lines are gone my face looks Normal again. I’m just on my second halo. I am really loving the results. I am not the best patient at all I squirm I can’t take pain I’m scared of needles. They are so sweet and walk me through it and take their time and tell me not to stress, just to let them work on me. I strongly recommend this place the best thing as a hook you up to a machine to see what your skin looks like underneath. This way it will help you decide what you actually need done. I went in there thinking I needed threads I wasn’t even close to that. What they have suggested not only am I so happy about it. I am just thrilled that they did exactly what I wanted done. If you’ve never gotten anything done on your face before I strongly recommend going to this place. They are patient. They tell you exactly what kind of results you’re going to get. They tell you exactly what you need done. They don’t try to sell you another packages. All the women there are just so sweet. I was referred to Laronn Clinique by a friend with beautiful skin who has been going to the clinic for some time. I started going about a year ago and found Dr. Laronn to be very personable and skilled in assessing your issues and coming up with a treatment plan that meets your needs and helps you look your best. She is very knowledgeable about so many procedures and explains all the different types of treatments and how they work and actually build upon each other. She is very gentle and professional with all the procedures she performs and makes excellent recommendations for skin care products (available at the clinic) that support healthy skin. I have some sun damage on my face, neck and chest and have been extremely happy with the results I have been getting from the BBL laser treatments that Jess has been providing me. I have even started getting compliments on my skin! The staff provides written post-treatment instructions and is also helpful with any follow-up questions or concerns you might have. The entire office is beautiful with calming colors, wall and art and music and is reminiscent of the beach.
