We've been to this BK twice now, and there likely won't be a third time. I guess we're spoiled by the one on Haywood Rd in Greenville, which is 100% excellent.
The first time, we went through the drive through with a simple order, chicken nuggets and burgers. Once we got up to the window, they asked us three separate times about the order. It isn't rocket science.
Tonight we decided to dine in. When we went in, there was one man in front of us, one couple and a small family in the place- not busy for a Saturday. However, it took three of them 7 minutes to figure out the gentleman's order because he had a coupon. Not a good sign.
We ordered 2 of the new grilled hot dogs- slowly, because apparently the five words "nothing but ketchup on it" are confusing as hell and have to be repeated 3 times, especially after the second time, when I was informed that it already comes with ketchup, as well as relish, mustard, etc.
Tried to get a drink, the first 2 choices were out of syrup. Lovely. And of the two middle front tables, one had dirt under it and one had a large puddle of ketchup underneath- no idea how anyone did that when the place doesn't have a ketchup dispenser. Anyway.
10 minutes later, they tell us they gave our order to the wrong person- a.k.a. the guy with the baffling coupon. You'd think after that debacle, they'd remember what he ordered, especially when no one else had come into the place since we got there.
17 minutes after we ordered and just shy of 25 minutes after we came in, we finally get our food, which was OK. Pretty much what you'd expect, though the grilled dogs have the exact taste and texture of hot dogs sitting too long on a roller in some gas station somewhere.
Overall, unless you just really need some BK, I would avoid it. It's cheaper and quicker to just make some...

Couldn't hardly get in the door because one of the employees that was working at the time had their kid laying in front of the doorway with their shoes kicked off. They had other kids laying around on the floor, too.
They shorted us an order of fries and I had to go back in to get them.
My previous experience wasn't any better. We ended up waiting 45 mins. The only reason why I didn't go in was because I had someone in the car with me and we were in the middle of an important conversation.
When an employee came out to bring someone else's order, I got their attention. I told them what my name was and what I had ordered. 10 mins later they brought me an order. They said they accidentally gave my order to another car. It wasn't until I got home that I realized that they put onions and ketchup on my whopper and didn't add the cheese that I paid extra for. The onion I could take off but you can't take the ketchup off and I hate the taste of ketchup mixed into my bun. The other whopper I ordered didn't have the cheese that I paid extra for and had pickles on it that I asked to leave off.
6 months ago I started eating at this BK because I was fed up with McDonald's. When I ordered on the app, they had me drive up to the window and within a few minutes I had my food, it was hot, and it was accurate. I kept going back because of this but over the last 2 months it has gone...

We walked in and it was a typical 3pm crowd (not busy at all). We were greeted and said someone would be with us shortly. Appx 10 mins later, we had our order taken. We observed employees more focused on talking on the phone instead of preparing orders. I don't know the context of the phone call but apparently the staff was short handed due to people calling out. appx 20 mins later, I ask about my food and it hasn't been prepared yet. I informed the employee that the whopper i ordered came with no tomato but it wasn't rung up properly so they had to remake it. I hear them fussing about me only telling them "just now" and that's when I voiced up and said no mam I told you when I ordered we wanted no tomato. We finally get our food after 45 mins and head up the road. My food was cold, stale, and the WHOPPER STILL HAD TOMATO ON IT AFTER THEY REMADE IT!!!
Short handed or not, attention to detail is important. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS RESTAURANT AND WILL TELL EVERYONE ELSE TO NOT GO BACK. SHAME ON YOU...
