This is the second time in a row that we, my 2 children and I, have gone to this BR and been treated horribly; both times someone who came in AFTER us was helped before us.
This time they were very busy, which I understand it can be confusing and overwhelming for the employee. My children had politely stepped back from the counters so other people could get to them and make their selections while they waited. Apparently THAT was our mistake: because we weren't standing right up at the counter, the employee just passed us over, as well as the other four groups of people that were there BEFORE the group she helped. When she started to help the people who were the LAST ONES to come in the store out of the half dozen groups of people in there I pointed out to her that we were next. She just looked at me and shrugged and continued helping them! They hadn't even decided what they wanted for sure!!! We ended up leaving and going to the BR on Burnside in Gresham, where they were AWESOME. If this had been a one time thing I wouldn't be as upset, but having it happen BOTH times we've gone in. . . Doesn't get much more rude and disrespectful than that. My friends and family will NEVER visit this...

The staff was not rushing us, and they werent in the midst of packing everything up and putting it away for closing, even though we came in about 30mins before closing time. I say this because it is common for younger employees to rush customers and pack everything up so they can walk out the minute the clock hits closing time, no matter if they lose money or customers because of it. I cant stand that kind of behavior and i know the business owners hate it too. So hopefully these baskin-robbins young employees are being recognized for their great work ethic and the pride they obviously take in a job well done. Read moreHad a bad experiences with an Employee And yes I'll say her Name Krystal well one of the employees over charged us on our ordered but we didn't Realized til we got home we'll we called and after we explained she was going around like she couldn't understand What we were talking about Saying that it was only "Couple change" anyways we did call later then we got lucky and Got to speak to the Owner she did a great job at understanding and apologize and even offered a treat for us.
