My family of 10 and I went to round table 4/5/2025. When we walked in half the staff was just standing around and one of the staff was sitting at a table eating but it took a while to get greeted and our order taken. After we placed our order of 3 pizzas and salad bars and water/sodas, we patiently waited everyone got their drinks and waited for the pizza to arrive. After receiving our pizza and I eating my salad I drank some of my mt.dew and it smelled and tasted like bleach some type of bleach chemical in the machine/soda itself. I instantly stopped eating and drinking told all it kids to stop drinking it and notified the assistant manager Tammy. When approaching Tammy about the situation (which she was the one sitting down and eating when we walked in) she said there isn’t bleach in the machine but she put a sticker on the mt.dew saying out of order it was then a proceeded to try a different soda and it also tasted like bleach as well as the water. When I approached her again she said “they don’t use bleach products in the store but she will take my name and number and let the general manager know of my concern. So I call back the next day hoping to speak with the gm but it’s Tammy again and she said the general manager isn’t there until Monday so I call Monday and it’s Tammy again this time she’s calling me all types of liars saying that she drank the soda and that she’s not willing to make anything right now refund no coupons no anything. She’s saying out of 500 people that there is no way we could have got sick or food poising and to stop calling her store and don’t come back. Also their salad bar wasn’t stocked they ran out of ranch and said it takes a long time to make and 2 min later comes out with ranch. After I started eating my salad I seen that they had poor food handling they weren’t washing hands after touching the register or trash cans just a horrible experience. Have been here several times over the years. We are a large family and Round Table is a great place to come and eat pizza.
Our most recent visit, Saturday April 29, 2017, was the worst experience I have ever had. There must have been changes in management because this place is suffering.
I ordered 3 Ex Large Pizzas, a Pepperoni, a Hawaiian, and a Veggie pizza with added canadian bacon and bacon. Then sodas for 10 people and a tip took our bill to $100.00.
When it only takes 5 minutes to make a pizza why does it take 45 minutes to make my pizzas?
Then when the pizzas arrived the pepperoni wasn't delivered. Server made no mention to us or even said anything when she delivered the 2 pizzas. I thought it was because her hands were full of the 2, and she was walking the pepperoni out last. She never came back. When I went up to the counter to inquired about the missing pizza it was weird the lost look reactions from all the staff. Finally someone spoke up and said we need a large pepperoni for him, I corrected her that I ordered an XL Pepperoni. She just looked at me and said yeah that's what I said. She said it will be ready in about 5 minutes. It finally arrived 15 minutes later and more than 20 minutes after the other two arrived.
I have never managed a pizza place, but I would assume that if a large family came in and ordered 3 XL pizzas they would all get in the oven together. Also I think I'd cook the pepperoni first because I'm sure more little kids like pepperoni over the other two we ordered. If I am getting pizza to a family the pepperoni would be the first delivered.

Read moreIt was the Wednesday before Christmas 12/20. I stayed home with my sick kids while my husband meant up with family for a family dinner. I Thought this was a perfect opportunity to order pizza and watch Christmas movies. I got a Large Maui Zaui (my personal favorite) & 12 garlic twists. Estimated time was 50 mins so I was pleasantly surprised to see the delivery guy within 40 mins. I give the guy an extra $5 for being so quick. I open the pizza and it looks fine, the pineapple is kind of lacking, but nothing to complain about. I open the garlic twists and they are the smallest, thinnest garlic twists I've ever seen, and to top that off they are raw. WHO THE HELL WOULD BOX UP UNCOOKED FOOD TO BE DELIVERED?!? I call, after a good 6 rings a guy answers. I ask to talk to the manager, and explain the reasoning. Trying really hard not to start yelling as I don't know the culprit. I am on hold for 15 mins, someone picks up and then hangs up. I call back, ask to talk to a manager again. This time I am on hold for 30 mins. I know this cause all cell phones have timed calls. I finally talk to a manger and she asks if I want a refund or for them to send fresh ones. I tell her to deliver new ones, she asks me for my order number and name, and I give it to her. At this point I realize she wasn't listening to me cause she says that she refunded the garlic twists. I just say thank you and hang up. Long story short, I will not be ordering from this location again. I gave them 2 stars for the faster than expected delivery and the pizza was fine. If I want Round Table, I will be getting it...
