I love Starbucks for all my life but this particular location is very bad place to order your Starbucks. Barista here are suck. Today, it's BOGO l promotion... To avoid the line, I ordered a head thru mobile app for a pick up at the window. When I got to the store, standing right by the window, no one inside seem to care to open it and ask if I needed anything. I was standing there waiting and waiting until they were done with the other customer drink, I said... I have mobile orders to pick up .. she took and said... We are working on it.. the closed the window again.... I went to sit down and wait... While waiting I wanted to ask if there a limit on this promotion...so I got up and stand by the window again... Nope . No one cares to open it and ask... I wait until they got done with the other ppl and politely ask about the restrictions.. I got my answers and went back to sit down... I wait patiently.. while I was waiting, I place a 2nd Mobile app order for my kids... So I wait for about 15 minutes for the 1st order but no sign of it... I went to again seriously.. these ppl don't open the damn window. I wonder if she hate me particularly because she seem to take order and open the window for other ppl but me... So I waited by the window again.. she got other people drink so I asked... What happened to my drink I order 15 mins ago? Her resp is we are working on it... A mins later... She got my drink that I placed on the 2nd order.. not the first one.. I said.. I have two other drinks.. she said oh ok.. then the window.... This is me trying to be nice know that today right now is a busy time... But there no one at the walk in window!!!! Except me now since everyone else has left. So, wait and wait and wait .. I came to the window and start knocking.. hey, I have been waiting for more than 20 mins... And these drink are my 2nd order.. what happened to the first order that I placed 20 mins ago???? I shown her the receipt on my phone.. she was oh ok ok I will get this for you....there she left to make me the drinks... I felt pissed when I'm being honest patient and nice... Manager need to get this barista to put in more customers service.. your drink is not cheap too and I said all in full price for 3 drinks and one free.. I didn't ask for free .. so show me respect... So...
Read moreThe food is horrible. Coffee beyond overpriced. I stopped coffee shops due to the disgusting over inflated prices and delusional foo-foo mentality that accompanies Starbucks. Starbucks is up there with Xfinity most cell phone companies Walmart any business that is making an exorbitant profit with not putting like 80% of their profit back into their community is just gross to me at this point. we have people paying eight dollars a cup for coffee people ask for spare change at the end of the drive-through like let’s get our priorities straight. I realize Starbucks gives the community, but I don’t see any results and so therefore I give Starbucks a big thumbs down there just another corporation that doesn’t give a shit about customers.
Seriously Whatever Starbucks makes I can make for less than a dollar at my house
It is a waste of your money. It just goes into the pockets of billionaires, and I’m not giving any more billionaires...
Read moreI’ve been a customer at this Starbucks location multiple times, but unfortunately, I’ve consistently experienced racially biased behavior from one of the staff members. Most recently, I received a cup with the letter “N” written on it, even though I didn’t provide a name. While that may seem small to some, given the history of behavior at this store, it felt targeted and inappropriate.
This isn’t the first time I’ve felt disrespected or treated differently here. It’s deeply disappointing to feel unwelcome in a space where I’m simply trying to enjoy a coffee like anyone else.
I’m speaking up not to cause conflict, but because silence allows harmful behavior to continue. I hope Starbucks takes this seriously and provides better training and accountability for staff. Every customer deserves to be treated fairly, regardless of race...
