i walked in and forgot to wear my mask, the worker sais "if you dont wear a mask, you will not be served" so i go to my truck and get a mask he seams to smirk and get a kick out of being in charge -there is 2 men in front of me with 5 sandwiches, they take forever, which isnt a problem, after they pay the worker he sais he will make the call-in in orders before helping me, im the only person in line, he sais its policy, i ask him to take care of me first, especially sinse i waited forever for the guys ahead of me.i try to reason with him, i say the phone in number came in after i was in the line, i say im next, he sais no, and makes the sandwich, wraps it, and sets it in the pick up area, then he takes his time washing his hands and getting new gloves, he is smirking at me while he goes slow, knowing im not happy, i order a sandwich, and he makes it, the total was 17$, i only have a 50, he sais he cant take anyting over a 20, he is very happy with himself, seeing me getting angry, i ask him to check, i said i think you will have enough change to take care of me, he sais its aginst policy, and tells me to go to the bar next door and get change. i lose my patients, and called him a "PUNK", i was VERY UPSET, but i caught myself losing control, took a breathe, and asked his name, he said Cam, i asked fpr his last name , he wouldnt give it, i asked who his supervisor was, he wouldnt give it to me, he was so proud of himself , he enjoyed treating me like he did, smirking, and then said "im done with you" so in conclustion, i did lose my temper and said something rude, i really wanted to slap some manners into him, but chose to come home and send a review to the higher ups i will be leaving a couple of reviews online, i will be contacting...

Check that location for my other Subway post. As I was saying this Subway has friendly employees. The manager did a great job listening to the issue and stated he would reach out to the district manager because the two locations are part of the same group of subways. I did mention early in the making of my sub that I wanted to put avocado on two of them but forgot when it was coming past that point in the process. I don't hold the manager responsible because I ramble a lot and he was distracted with my chatting and forgot to add it and I forgot to repeat that I wanted it.

Read moreI’ve ordered my sandwich twice on line at this location and the first time it said my sandwich would be ready in 20 minutes. I got there in 25 minutes and they barely started making it which I had to wait another 5 minutes or so. Tonight I ordered my sandwich online at 6:30. Said my sandwich would be ready at 6:50, I put in instructions I would pick up at 7 my lunch hour. I got there at 7:10 and they hadn’t even started my sandwich and I saw my ticket print out just thrown on the counter. After I waited 5 minutes for him to finish making a customers sandwich, the guy says to me, “oh is this you?” Holding my ticket! I was so furious, I demanded a refund got my money back and left! I didn’t have time to grab anything else as I had to get back to work!! So this subway robbed me from a lunch on my lunch hour!! I will never go back to this place again!! Very poor establishment!! Why even have the order online option if they can’t even have honor it!!...
