This Taco Bell is one of The worst I have ever been to. 1st the person taking the order was very short and didn't seem to pay attention to was we were saying we wanted. Although very nice and well spoken when she wanted to be. 2nd We had 2 separate orders which the employee said it was fine and told us the price for each one as probably she is supposed to do. We pulled forward and paid for both of the orders. 3rd is we were given 1/2 of the 1st order and just the $5.00 box for the 2nd order. We didn't receive the $5.00 box for the 1st order nor did we get the drink for the 2nd order. We only realized the drink missing on the 2nd order so we sat in the drive threw for about 2 to 3 minutes while being ignored. When she finally did came back to the window we could tell she was very annoyed by us s still being at the window as she asked what we need and before we could say anything she blurted out. "oh yeah the drink." I asked before driving away is that everything. and she replied "yes". We got home and no $5.00 box for 1st order and no receipt for both orders. my girlfriend and our friend b ok th got there food but I did not So we tried to call and number attached to this taco bell given by Google and on the Taco Bell Website. It wasn't answered even though I called many many times and went to what sounded like a fax line. We called the next day and a woman answered the phone we asked to speak to manager and we were replied with they are bizzy and i can help you and wanted to know what we wanted, so we told her, she replied with do you have the Receipt. And again like I said earlier we were not give bbn a receipt that night. She said no she can't do it without receipt and offered a $1.00 burrito to compensate for the $5.00 loss we took. She we started no not good enough! I just want the food I played for. So we asked to speak to the manager again! And again she said no, she said manager was not available and she wouldn't even take our names or phone number to have them call back and then she hung up on us. I called back probably 3 more times no answer. Then called TacoBell Corporate and filed a complaint. which still hasn't been resolved or even contacted back and said we are sorry and you can come get the food you paid for at the least. This is a very poor way to show that Taco Bell wants to keep customers happy. This is a very good chance for a training opportunity for there employees. I hope that now this will be resolved it isn't about the money more as bout the principle. Now I guess I will wait still. But won't...
Read moreI drive a delivery truck and generally only have about 10 minutes to stop and pick up food somewhere, so ordering ahead on an app is essential for people like me.
I arrived and was told by an employee outside the restaurant that the lobby is closed (why?). I tell him that I ordered on the app for carry out, so he said he would talk to someone inside. About 5 minutes later some DB comes to the door and gives me the "what's up" nod but doesn't open the door. I tell him that I ordered on the app for a carry out and he points to the other side of the building and walks off. About 5 minutes later I walked around to another door where people might be able to see me. Eventually another guy came to that door and told me that I needed to go through the drive-through. I told him that I was driving a dump truck and it wouldn't fit in their *#&$%/# drive-through. At that point he tells me he will get my order. 5 minutes later he comes back and tells me they're making my order (they waited till now?) After about another 5 minutes he brings my order to me and I left.
I had ordered 7-8 minutes before I got there, and didn't receive my food until about 20 minutes after I arrived.
Horrible customer service. Food tasted OK but the soda tasted like it had Windex in it. 25 minutes total to make a Cravings Box. I won't go back to...

And I always go through the drive through. And spent about 40dollars on food and I'm telling you. That not once they had my order correct /everything in the bag. .. they have messed up my order every single time one way or another.. I've gotten completely different boxes from what I ordeded. I asked for chicken specifically and I've gotten beef and I'm indian so we aren't supposed to eat beef . Anyway twice now they have made that mistake. And when I call to try to get it fixed or speak to a manger . I have been spoken to rvey ude and curt way as in I'm trying to get free food or something. I do have the receipt.once I didn't even get a receipt so they wouldn't even hear what I had to say.
