American Deli — Restaurant in Gretna

This place is not the worst, but the name is misleading. When we see American deli, we think burgers, fries , etc... well, this place has an Asian vibe to it.

Fried rice ? Sweet n sour chicken wings?

I know I'm not trippin but in the 40 some years, I've been aware of food in the US. I don't see this as American food.

I ordered a few burgers, fries , and wings. The price was a little higher than I expected, but that was fine, so when I got home for a second there I thought they accidentally gave me food they ordered for them from another place till I saw the menus.

So, the burgers were not bad, maybe a 6.5 out of 10, the fries were packed in a way that they couldn't breathe, so they soggied up, and the wings were sweet,

If the place said Asian American deli, I would have given it 3 stars, maybe 4, but this isn't what I was in the mood for.

I wish yall luck , I'm talking from my opinion, and it is subjective. My advice is to change the sign or change the menu, I know it will cost more than 1 months rent to do so, but if you're in for the long run, you...

I called to place a Togo order a couple of days ago. When I asked for all flats, the employee put a manager on the phone. She told me that I could have 7/10 flats, but I also heard it would cost 50¢. After asking if the charge could be taken off since it wouldn’t be all flats, she denied that she said it would cost 50¢.

I attempted to repeat what I heard, but I was cut off multiple times. I asked if she could let me finish, and she said, “Go ahead and run ya mouth.” From this point forward, the customer service was deplorable. She continued to interrupt me for the duration of the call. I asked if she was capable of letting me finish or not, but her response was that she’s a manager.

I placed an online order of the boneless wing combo + drink, after picking my order up .. 1st off when I began eating my food most of the fries were hard this my 2nd time ordering here and the fries were hard but the real problem was when I went to put my straw in to sip some of my drink I noticed something dark floating at the top I then remove the lid of the drink and notice it was an bug in there .
