Where do I begin..... guess let's start with the food. Although I'm not a strict vegetarian or vegan I always like eating healthier and/or light and enjoy having those options, I mean who wouldn't. Doing vegan/vegetarian food isn't always the most difficult thing to do but escalating it beyond basic or fried is a feat of it's own. That's exactly what this place is doing and doing it very well. The menu is broad and well described but straightforward. I chose the hot sausage poboy for that's what was recommended and seems to be the fan favorite. Although they were unfortunately out of French bread it was delightful on a bun and gives me a reason to go back and try it on French. The seasoning in the patty was well thought out and balanced properly with everything going on it. I got the addition of vegan cheese but it wasn't needed by any means. Looking forward to trying more things on the menu. The venue is self was such a lovely space and the love and attention to detail put into it is definitely a reflection on the same care put into the food. The kicker was meeting and getting to intact with the owner, what a treat. She is going places and fast. Yall need to get there before the word gets out and the line is down the block....

Please note that this is a vegan establishment. I love this place and have been quite a few times. I’ve tried the burger, the meatball sub, the salad, and the hot sausage poboy.
My favorite is by far the hot sausage poboy. You can get it dressed with cheese or not. Pretty good size. Each poboy is 2 meals for me. Hot sausage has a hint of heat. Dressed with vegan mayo, lettuce, tomato, pickles.
I liked the meatball sub the least. From what I remember it just was pretty standard, nothing to rave about. If I eat here they have much better options.
The burger is also pretty good, but I think the patty is a bit thick.
The salad is HUGE! There’s an entire avocado in it! Dressing is like a creamy honey mustard dressing and there’s plenty of it. I ate it through the course of 3 meals.
Overall great place and amazing vegan hot sausage poboy. Only downside is they can take a while so call in your order to avoid...
Read moreWe stopped here to eat lunch while we were visiting from Los Angeles. The food was delicious! We both had the hot link Po'boy, and it tasted nothing like other plant based meat (so much better). There was great texture and the right amount of heat. The salad was beautiful with lots of fresh veggies, and the dressing was well balanced in all its flavors. The place had a great vibe and was very joyful to sit in. It is clear that care goes into everything, not just the making good food. The service was friendly and attentive. Definitely a place to go out of your...
