Unfortunately they are not as good as the Kenner location nor accommodating. I was looking forward to being a regular at the westbank location but after being met so rudely by my Hostess Hector and the female manager whoโs name I donโt recall the other day after they messed up my nearly $100 order. After picking up my order since that is the only option offered at this location right now, just to make it to my destination in Metairie and see that there was no butter or seasoning on my lobsters, eggs and snow crab after I specified multiple times over the phone that I wanted fiery special sauce on EVERYTHING. I immediately called to report the problem and was told I could get my order replaced the next day. Low and behold today when I called to confirm that I would be coming in for my order replacement I was told that the only thing they could do was give me some fiery special butter sauce only since that was the only thing that was missing from my order YESTERDAY! I mean I guess never mind the fact that the butter and seasoning is what makes the seafood good and a big part of the meal. After trying to atleast come to some sort of compromise of atleast receiving so much as a discount on my next order or getting atleast a portion of my food replaced I was denied and given multiple excuses as to why I was to blame for the mishap and told that they could only give me butter. Also, after examining my receipt during the call today that the manager also pulled up on the computer turns out my Hostess Hector actually placed my order wrong after all. Oh and my potatoes for my order were undercooked as well. JUST A TRASH EXPERIENCE OVERALL! I also feel that I would have been met with a different attitude and resolution had I been a different complexion if you know what I mean, I definitely felt disregarded due to the fact that I may have been stereotyped. Iโll continue to bring my business to the Kenner...

We told her we were dining in and we could just have a seat and someone would be right with us to seat us. I asked her do you need our names or anything to we need to go on a list or anything, and she replied no ma'am. As we were sitting there, three other couples walked up and got seated right away. So when I walked up to the other lady that was sweating everyone she said oh I didn't know you guys were dining in, and I explained to her the other young lady at the counter told us to have a seat and someone would be right there to come and seat us, and that we didn't need to leave our names or anything. We finally got seated. Several servers passed our table more than 4x and never once asked were we being helped in anyway, by this time we had been sitting for about 20mins. Finally a young man walked up and asked did anyone come to your table I replied no sir. He said let me see who has this section because this is not my section I just saw you guys have been sitting for a little bit and didn't see any drinks or anything on your table. Well he left to go see who had that section but never came back. We waited another 20mins still no one came to our table. We finally got up and left and the young lady that was seating the customers had the nerve to ask us if we were coming back. We said no way. She oh well y'all have a good evening anyway. I will never ever go to this Firey Crab ever again. The customer service sucks. They really need lots of customer service training at this particular location. First and last time at this one. Which means on the 23rd their shrimp special, be it $19.95 or $23.99. Goes up to regular price which is $35.99. Myself being a single person wanting to buy 1 shrimp special (NO BOGO) that makes the price $35.99 for today only. Here's the thing though. If 2 people are getting the same special with 2 orders for $35.99. Which comes to $18-$20 per order, per person. Since I only wanted 1 order, fiery crab would have profited more if they sold me the special for their advertised $19.95/$23.99 . Infact they are better off offering $10 off per 2 orders on the 23rd of each month per shirt. Because tonight I cancled my order because they told me I'd have to pay $35.99 because today they were doing the BOGO special.
Fiery Crab, how hard would it be to simply offer your BOGO promo that yall do and in fine writing write the offer is not valid with any other specials. (BUT WAIT, it already says that!) So why couldn't I get my order tonight at the special price?
Im not sure if this issue is a problem at all your locations but this is what happened to me this evening at the Harvey, LA location. I'm complaining because overall it is senseless.
