Clean Creations — Restaurant in Gretna

I'd say somewhere between 3 and 4 stars. Let's say 3.6.

It has been very convenient for me as I live just right down the road, and that has been the major factor for me in stopping here for so long. Also, they are very flexible and sometimes I call when I'm going to be a few minutes late and they stay open, which is very helpful as I have about an hour drive to get there and I'm always just barely making it.

Something has changed though. Typically, and they will tell you that they put the new meals out every Tuesday and Friday. The past 3, maybe 4 weeks that has not been the case. It seems like they're trying to sell the old meals so they withhold the new ones. The thing is I don't want old meals, I want fresh meals because I buy them for all week. The first time they did this I didn't realize and had to throw 2 meals in the trash. It is a little frustrating because I pass 20 places that I can stop and get something, but since i expect the fresh meals to be in the fridge on Tuesday and Friday I pass them all up. I thought at first it was just a one time deal, but I guess there has been a change.

I mean, I don't really blame them for wanting to sell the old meals, but it should be noted somewhere they are old, especially since it's the only thing available on the days that they are supposed to be fresh. Kind of deceitful in my opinion.

I mean, it's a shame because it was so convenient, but I got too aggravated these past couple weeks after going out of my way to get here on time, just to have to pick meals that expire in 2 days, which I refuse to buy. My husband and I have been customers of Clean Creations on Lafayette Street in Gretna for over two years. We have been consistently satisfied with their weekly meal plans and their catering menus. They use fresh, healthy ingredients that are flavorful and satisfying! The individual meals are perfectly proportioned and are packaged perfectly in containers that fit nicely in our fridge. We greatly appreciate the way Clean Creations will work with us to suspend then resume our meal plan when we are traveling so that no meals are wasted. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We are always greeted with a smile when picking up our orders and treated with kindness when calling in to ask any questions or make any changes. We also appreciate the variety and creativity of the meals when the chef adds a new addition to the menu. The only problem I have had is that sometimes, I find that some of the dishes can be too salty for me. But, that is a rare occurrence. We do the low carb meals and have been very satisfied with them. The smoothies that are available in the store are delicious as well and the avocado toasts are a yummy treat! We are are so happy that Clean Creations chose to set up...

I’ve contemplated ordering from Clean Creations for quite some time now & finally pulled the trigger. I must say the first word that comes to mind is WOW. The entire business is beyond impressive. I am a busy mom of three, I own a business and have moderate health issues so it is very important for me to eat healthy. I’ve tried a few meal prep companies before, and while I didn’t have any complaints necessarily, the food just was bland. This is absolutely not the case at all with Clean Creations! When ordering I decided to just let them choose which meals so that I could taste a variety and see what I liked. It has all been so delicious and wonderful! For someone like me who is busy as me, this takes so much stress out of the equation. My only regret is not trying the meals sooner! The ease of ordering was great, the fact that I could track my delivery online was again impressive, the food was so fresh, and affordable! Also I had to email the company regarding some questions, again they were just wonderful and friendly. I would highly recommend this company! I look forward to many more...
