BEWARE !!!! The workers here need to be investigated and fired. Scamming and cheating players that spend hundreds and thousands here. On 02/05/2024 I witnessed one of the workers who was not wearing a name badge, I’m guessing so you can’t report them. Went over to a customer she personally knew looked down at his number then she walked back behind the counter and announced she would be doing a drawing. She then called a random number 39 and then 99 which was the person she was just standing next to. What a coincidence. They both were looking around to see if anyone saw what happened, well me and another woman did see and of course he tipped her for pulling his number. The worker is dark skinned with burgundy and black shoulder length hair and about 5’3. She works the night shift. I was going to let it go but when I got home I thought about how much money I lose there and how unfair it is for players when the drawings are rigged. Makes me wonder if the machines are rigged. To top it off, I called to report it and Carrie I believe she said her name when she answered said she won’t give me the workers name until I told her why and what I was reporting. After I explain to her what I saw, she quickly said oh no she was getting his ID because he won. If that was the case why announce starting the drawings after you looked at his number then call his number. Carrie gets belligerent and unprofessional on the phone and tells me to call in the morning for a manager. I told her it’s only right to give me her name so customers can make a formal complaint if needed. If you want to be robbed and cheated...

I was truly disrespected here ..I was playing a slot machine and approached by a employee and asked for my ID so I get it out and at that time the employee that I later found out was the night supervisor told me she was going to put me in a drawing so I said ok then after a few minutes she came back and asked me something not sure what it was but I was at my spending limit for the night so I just said don't worry about that drawing cuz I'm about to go ..atfter she walked away the guy next to me tells me ...you won the drawing congrats I said no she was going to put me in a drawing.which he said man anytime they come get your ID that means you won the drawing so at the moment I went to find the employee and said ..I didn't know I won a drawing I thought u said you were putting me in a drawing ..and she said I have turned down the winnings...have you every heard of someone turning down money that they won ....me neither but she said I did and at that time she tell me she is about to call another number and as I was telling her no I want the winnings she raised a microphone in my face and call another number and after that she wouldn't talk to me again so I went to another employee and was trying to get a little clearly in the situation and got nothing but un adattude from her and it was at that time I learned that that the other lady was the supervisor I would have to talk to her ...witch she wouldn't talk to me ...so with that said these employees here are some POS employees I will make a formal complaint...

They have this thing where they give u a FREE 🍺 every hour I think. I would pay for a beer and ask for the tiny free one bc they have to go get the beer(s) and that means u have to quit playing since they don't have service worth a hoot at the machines. One manager got all bent bc I dared to ask for this tiny free beer. U would swear they were coming out of her own pocket...I am a veteran of REAL Casinos where they bring u Bloody Mary's, Screwdrivers, Cuba Libres etc. Places that treat their customers to free meals, free hotel rooms etc. In Gretna they make u feel like a freeloader for wanting a miniature beer on the house. I love playing but this experience has put a damper on it for me...If u have read the other bad reviews believe them! Don't ever be there @ closing time! Promise u will be sorry by how they treat u. On a recent visit I discovered a renovation/expansion going on here. So more machines and double the size of machine room. Instead of the bar being in a separate area it is now located where the machines are. U can get a beer w/o somebody having to go get u one....
