Awful customer service they claim to take pride in freshness of their food lol that’s-a joke. 2. On their big ez house rules is as stated and I quote. “Freshness is our #1 priority, so please make sure all orders are final 🙏 for your understanding.” This establishment is not loyal to their on rules. I politely told the server that my crawfish wasn’t fresh he then insisted that all the food was fresh proceeded to walk away that is not Priority status. So the problem came in when it was time to pay! I asked him what did he plan to do with the problem was he going to give me a fresh batch of crawfish or take the money off for the uneaten old crawfish. He then told me that he wasn’t going to do either. Long story short the cops was called out by myself because, I refused to pay for something that I didn’t deemed as fresh or good for that matter I was told that it’s not any laws against bad business that serves distasteful food, but it’s a civil matter if you decide to stiff the bill and that local law enforcement does not handle such issues so the best thing to do is to write a review to inform other people so that they won’t have this bad experience. We ordered crawfish to-go once, and it was really good. Spicy, saucy, great. We decided to dine in and it was shocking how bad the whole experience was. Our cashier, Ty, was very kind and attentive. But very obviously overloaded with tasks. He was responsible for to-go orders, answering phone calls, and taking dine-in orders, and cashing people out. There was another girl there, who was learning how to put orders together - she seemed new. While all this was going on, their manager/boss? Was standing around loudly berating them the entire time. While making a point to not help out with the growing number of customers, he loudly and condescendingly insulted and hurled orders at the two staff members working up front all while customers were right there and dining or waiting in front of them. The manager/boss was also inappropriately speaking to customers calling them “love,” “hon,” and the likes. It was uncomfortable to witness.

The boil bags we ordered were cold, and had more disassembled claws than actual whole crawfish. The crawfish were also very small. When we went back to wait in line after our order came out incorrectly, the manager/boss yelled at the cashier who asked me on the side if I was okay after he saw me already waiting and our food already served but untouched. Last night was my 1st visit to this place. I had the half shrimp and half oyster plate with fries and an Arnold Palmer. The fries were o.k. The seafood was NOT seasoned well at all and the Arnold Palmer was repulsive with a ton of sugar and still a very bitter taste. I've been puking and dry heaving since last night and my head won't stop spinning. I will never forgive this place for getting me so sick. My entire night and this day is ruined. I hope it's over after today. I wouldn't take all the food they had for free if they tried to give it to me. They really need to work on their hygiene and serving FRESH food. Not sure if the seafood was going bad or if it was the one big gulp of that disgusting Arnold Palmer I took but never ever again. I mean how can anyone ruin a Arnold Palmer???... I don't understand how they were so busy when I went there...uggggghhh.....p.s. I am such a sucker for boiled seafood. Every seafood place I've ever been to I've been tempted to order a bit of their boiled seafood as well if I was ordering something else. Had I not seen with my own eyes people eating boiled seafood, I wouldn't have called it that. It smells wierd and I didn't even think twice about having any. Maybe I should've taken it as a sign not to eat the food. I just want to turn back time and walk out of this place...I feel another gagging session coming on....this...
