Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Louisiana

Worst pizza Hut i have dealt with. On 2 occassions, i placed an order to be delivered; First time, was carry out, my pizza was burnt and was ready 30 minutes after "ready time". Second time, the pizza was literally and visibly BURNT. the spicy bbq wings i ordered had no sauce on them. This time, i ordered a pizza at 7:07pm, expected delivery time was 8:07pm. I called, pizza hut at 9:07pm, spoke with a so called manager, making him aware that i have not received my order and asked him for a discount. The so called manager says that, my expectant delivery time is 10:07pm, they have 3 hours to get the order out to me!!! Seriously??? Mind you the order time states they have until 8:07pm. He refused to discount my order and did not offer an apology or anything! It's not like i was asking for the order to be free!!! I asked for the number for the store manager and/or district manager, he states that he does not know it!! Really? I WILL NOT be eating with this Pizza Hut EVER AGAIN!!! ...

Literally every time I order from here they take forever to get to me and almost every time I order something is wrong with my order. I ordered tonight and I waited over a hour for my food, then when I finally received it it was the wrong thing. I called complaining about the order and they asked if I wanted the order remade or did I want a credit, I asked for my food to be remade and sent back out to me. A hour passed and I called to see where my order was and they asked me the same thing over like I don’t just talk to them a hour ago. I opted for the credit because at this point I didn’t want the food anymore. She offered me a $10 credit and my food was almost $20 I find that to be very ridiculous at this point I want a full refund because I was beyond...

Ordered pizza at 6:50. Estimated delivery time 7:22. I called at 7:45 to check the status. They told me they were really busy and it was on the way and would give me a $25 credit on my next ordered. Very nice man. I Called again at 9:15 because I still hadnt received my pizza. They told me they told every it was a 2 hr wait. They didnt tell me. Plus it had been 2 1/2 hrs already. They said I had two options. Wait or cancel it. I said id wait. It was after 10:20pm & still no pizza. Called one last time to see if it was even made or on the way. They told me that they had called me to tell me it was cancelled. That was a lie. So they took it upon themselves to cancel my order and not tell me. Will probably never call again! Credit...
