Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Grosse Pointe Woods

I just became an unloyal customer of this Hungry Howies location. I've been supporting this location for over 8 years and purchase from here weekly. I ordered a pizza with the new automated system, arrived to pick up my pizza, after working 12 hours, and starving, as there was no order for me and my family. First, we have to deal with computers not comprehending when paying bills and conducting business. Now, I have to speak to a computer when I want to eat and expecting my food. I gave them my name and telephone number they had absolutely nothing. I'm exhausted, the guy offered to make my pizza, I said yes. In the meantime, I asked for corporate number to advise of my experience with the system. "There is no number."I go ok, it's privately owned. I request for a number. The guy tells me he can't give me a number. So, this place is servicing customers and there is no one that we can talk to that can assist us or make an executive decisions or handle our concerns as customers. I canceled my order and will never return there ever in life. The is my second bad experience. The first time the computer had my name incorrect and the cashier figured it out. It very unprofessional as a business not to have someone customers can to talk or an email to advise about their business. This is not an in house staff issue. Customer service sucks these days. I order from here all the time. I ordered online like I normally would and having made a mistake on my end I set the order for a carry-out rather than a delivery.

I quickly noticed when that I made a mistake I called this location and had them change the order to a delivery.

After waiting over a hour for the driver to come by my door I called again and they informed me they would be giving me a 2 liter of Soda for my troubles. I waited another half hour until I called again and the representative informed me that their was an issue with new employees. When my food finally got here everything was cold and they tried to charge me for more than what our set price was when I had originally ordered. (I do not mean the delivery fee, which I would have paid) I mean they cancelled the coupons I used as well as charged me for the Soda.

I will never be ordering from this Hungry...

I'm going to leave this review and be done with this place I have given this place multiple chances however for some reason I always feel like I've wasted my money. I always spend good money here and tip. Tonight because I'm exhausted and didn't feel like cooking or going anywhere else I ordered two medium pizza added extra toppings including extra cheese 1.69 for each additional topping my order was 30.77 the one pizza was ok but the second pizza looked picked over and it sure doesn't have extra cheese on it total waste so yeah I'm good.. I will not be spending any more money here period. I'm so over restaurants charging high prices and not serving quality food stuff is way too expensive and tight . I could've made a frozen pizza at thus point for real and this is not the first second or third time I've experienced this.. However it will...
