It is September, the beginning of major advertising for pumpkin spice in all Starbucks locations. The store has at least 5 signs up for it. After waiting 10 minutes in line I ordered a pumpkin spice cold brew coffee and the employee behind the register didn’t even look up from her cell phone when she told me they were out. I asked which pumpkin beverages they did have in stock and again, without even looking at me she said “none.” I ordered a cold brew and asked if it had cream in it. I don't usually order regular cold brew drinks so I wasn't sure if it came that way. The employee got irritated and asked, “oh so you want cream?” I guess the answer is that it doesn't normally come with cream? Who knows?… I said I did want it with cream. Then I wasn't certain if the cream would be sweet or not. I hesitated to ask because the employee seemed irritated with me but I wanted to be sure so I asked her anyways. Still, without looking at me, she tapped a bunch of buttons on her screen all hard and fast like she was angry that she had to change something about the order and just blurted out the cost of the drink (which was over $5.00 by the way). I wanted to cancel it and walk out but I figured at that point I had spent so much time in the store I may as well proceed. There were 5 people ahead of me waiting for their drinks, 2 of which had drinks made that were apparently not as they ordered them. The employee behind the register came over to meet one of the customers and cut her off while she was explaining what she ordered so it could be corrected and said “I’ll just make it- I know how.” It was uncomfortable. Meanwhile I had time to look around and realized how filthy the dining and purchase area was. Then when my drink came up it had coffee on top of the lid, which isn't a big deal but just felt sloppy and added insult to injury. So I spent 20 minutes in this store and spent $5 to feel regret! Not only will I not be returning to this location I will not be returning to any Starbucks. The ambiance and customer service that Starbucks used to be known for is dead. It has become overpriced fast food...

Read moreFood is great but Warning!! There are 3 girls who look to be about 12, who were unsupervised. They harassed me (female, 18) and friend (female 18). We were trying to eat our food minding our own business, and they come up to us and harass us over their assumptions on our relationship status and sexuality, and then proceeded ask us if we are dating. They then began to talk trash about us, and mock us. Once we responded to them with swear words, they recorded us. The place was busy with a lot of people, and nobody did nothing or said anything. We were being loud too, to try and draw attention to someone to get them kicked out. These 3 girls go around the city un supervised and have harassed me and my friend multiple times. Just a warning to anyone that might need it! There should be a rule where anyone under 15 cannot be at this location without a parent/adult. Ruined it to where me and my friend aren’t comfortable returning to this location, or any places in grosse pointe farms because...
