I want to preface this review with saying the food was very good. However, the experience was hampered by an issue with pricing. My family (2 adults and 2 children under 4) ordered a Small Mac and Cheese Pizza for the kids, amongst other food. According to their menu both in person and online this pizza comes in 2 sizes small for $14.50 and large for $22.50. The server never stated that the pizza only comes in 1 size at this point, nor does it state anywhere on their menu or posted anywhere in the establishment that speciality pizzas actually come in 1 size. Upon receiving the pizza my wife and I were suspicious of the sizing as what came was rather large. I asked the server if this was the small or large as I ordered the small. I was informed that it only came in 1 size, to confirm this statement I went and got another copy of the menu where again it shows 2 sizes. We received the bill and we were billed for the large pizza, I told the server that we ordered the small, and showed her that the menu stated there were 2 sizes and 2 differing price points advertised. She told me she would get it adjusted. She returned to the table but stated, "The menu had a printing error and it only comes in one size". This was the first we had heard about this fact, again this was never stated anywhere. She left the bill at the table unchanged. She returned to see if we were ready to cash out, I again asked, "I thought you were going to get it adjusted?" she answered, "Sorry he (manager I assume) said we can't adjust it". For all intensive purposes this was false advertising and the price should have been adjusted to the advertised lower point.
I recommend if you visit this establishment to question all pricing and menu items to ensure you don't run into this happening to you. I will be reaching out to the management offline to determine if we can receive a refund.
UPDATE After reaching out, I was promptly provided with a refund for the pizza and notified they will ensure that the staff is properly trained to prevent this from happening again. I would encourage that you ensure all pricing/sizing is correct prior to ordering...
Read morePlaced a carry-out order at 7:40pm through Google/Otter, estimated pick up time from Google was 8:06pm. At 8:06 we had yet to receive a confirmation email from the restaurant. I decided to call and inquire about the order once we got in the car and were on our way to Sidecar. On the phone, the host checked on our order and informed me that the order had not been "pushed through" but had been received and it would be ready when we got there. Upon arrival, I let the host know the name for our order and she went to the back to check. I was informed that it would be a few minutes. So I waited... While I was waiting, I observed 2 separate tables walk up to the host stand and request their bills because they had yet to be served by their waiter. We all made eye contact in a "yeah I'm here with ya buddy" sort of way and I knew I was not alone in being disappointed in their service. Fast forward to 8:40pm when I finally received our food, we ordered the caesar salad, garlic parm fries, pulled pork sliders, and 6pc chicken tenders. About 2 minutes into our car ride back home we realized the chicken tenders were missing. We turned around and I entered once again. I let the host know we were missing the tenders to which she replied "We're all out of tenders. I figured online would have shown you that". It didn't, and we were charged for the full order. I promptly requested to speak to a manager. After explaining all of the above to him, he offered to make me something else, I refused as I was not about to wait another hour. I asked for a refund and was told that I'd have to contact Google since that's who we placed the order through. The lack of customer service from the host was one thing, the manager's lack of resolution skills is entirely different. Read moreOrdered delivery today around 1pm bc we're all sick at home. I live within 3 miles of this place. Calzone and Mac and cheese. Waited over two hours total to be told to cancel my order.
They made one delivery driver wait 45 minutes bc they had no dough and burnt the calzone after. Made another delivery driver wait 20 minutes before saying the oven was broken and did I want anything else instead of calzone, no I said just the Mac and cheese then.
Different delivery driver waits and then is told for me to cancel the order from my end. Unacceptable to not have dough at a pizza place, make drivers wait endlessly, and myself just to be told to cancel the order from my end. No dough or working ovens during lunch? I will never order again from here and will actively steer people away from this place.
Horrible service and wasting hard working people's time, I wish I could have still tipped all the drivers who tried...
