I ordered half a soup and half a sandwich from the app. Ten minutes after the expected finish time I arrived and no food. Looked back in the app and it wasn’t even started. I left and came back another 20 minutes later and my food still hadn’t even begun to be made. I asked for my order to be canceled which had to be done by the manager. The manager Amishia came out and apologized because food was over a 50 minute wait. I understood and stated that I wished the app would reflect that and not that it would be ready in ten minutes. Another worker entered the conversation saying they don’t set the app and was very rude. I told them they need to complain to corporate if it’s a consistent issue. I left went somewhere else for food and get a text message 35 minutes after I left (almost an hour and half after I ordered my food) that it was ready. I went back to the restaurant (15 min drive) where my food was waiting. I asked for the manager again and she snatched the food out of my hands when I said I had asked for it to be returned and I wanted a confirmation it was or I was taking the food. I was shocked. The young man at the counter (different one from before) had a look on his face of disgust. I asked if this happens a lot and how she treats guests. He said yes, this is how she is with customers. My order was canceled and she showed me proof once she returned but I heard her complaining in the back about my return. I love Panera and was so very disappointed in this location. Read moreThis place is by far THE WORST around. Being that we have been working from home for almost 2 years now, the least thing we want to worry about is not getting the lunch ordered. Grubhub, DoorDash and every other delivery service out here should take this place out of their list because it sure is giving them bad reputation. I never get an order right, like NEVER not even going inside this place. But when it’s ordered thru an app there’s either flies in the salad, missing salad, wrong sandwich, wrong smoothie, no drink at all, and always a cold flatbread pizza ALWAYS. I have lost count to the many times I have requested a full refund because of this. Just now my daughter ordered me food since I am home recovering from surgery and out if everything ordered just 1 thing was received right which was a bagel 🤦🏻♀️. Coffee was watery and the right one ordered, the margaretta pizza was wrong it just had TOMATOES and flatbread was COLD not cooked thoroughly. No salad and one was ordered. Then when you call the sorry excuse of employees give you an attitude if they ever answer the phone or better yet you get hung up on. This place either needs a new owner and new employees or it needs to be shut down specially with how many people continue to find bugs in their food. I think the Health Department needs to investigate this place and shut it down until a new responsible owner takes the wheel and turn this place back to what it once was starting with the nasty employees. Read moreI wish I could give this Panera 0 stars. The past 1-2 years it’s gone down the drain. I ordered today on my mobile app and I came in early so I went to go sit down in the back. One of the employees that was standing on the outside of the counter handing out pick up orders was yelling at a customer in front of everyone to never come back again and he wasn’t allowed. The customer continued walking out and didn’t comment back. The employee said he doesn’t like how he grabs the bag from his hand every time he comes in. Now I see why… they are extremely behind and everything is WRONG! They are all yelling and talking about customers out loud. I get it gets busy and overwhelming but the way they acted was so unprofessional. Finally when I got my order I left, I made the mistake of opening it when I got home. I got a you pick 2 an Asian sesame salad with a chipotle chicken sandwich half. When I got home it looked like a handful of lettuce in the container. Come to find out they put a whole half of an avocado in my salad under the lettuce. This salad doesn’t even contain avocado. My sandwich was a whole sandwich. I asked for turkey instead of chicken (the only thing right) and sourdough instead of focaccia. They didn’t put sourdough and barely put any toppings on the sandwich, so it was all bread 4-5 turkey slices stacked. I’ve never been so disappointed with an establishment.
