Absolutely horrible service! We will never be back here. Ignored from the moment we walked in. The guy behind the bar tonight served everyone in the dining room and most people at the bar and completely ignored us!! Finally after getting his attention he took our order. After 50 minutes we kept trying to ask about it. He just kept walking on by servicing everyone else. We saw several other people come in and they served promptly. He just kept ignoring us! Not even ONE acknowledgement! After approaching him asking if he put in our food order, he replied “oh I don’t work here I’m just the dj” . If you’re the dj why are you taking our order along with everyone else’s? We never got our food after 1 hour and 25 minutes for ONE order of wings. He kept ignoring me completely. He paid all his attention to his friends at the bar. Also SERVING them. Several people walked out also because they we’re going through the same. we also left. Never will be back here again. Went here tonight to eat with my parents and Amanda was amazing. We were just going to eat (no drinks) but she had about 20 people at the bar while trying to take care of us and she juggled everything really well. Gave us nothing but excellent service while running around taking care of everything else. She made sure to give us extra napkins right off the bat, made sure our drinks were always full and came back at least twice just to check on us and see how everything was. My dad asked for a coke because they don't have Pepsi and when Amanda heard this she went and grabbed a cold can of Pepsi out of her own stash and gave it to my dad. She really went above and beyond for us, she definitely deserves a raise. Our food was really good as well, my parents both got the fish and chips and I got fried shrimp with tater tots. The portion sizes for all 3 meals were ginormous and we had to take half home. After our really great experience tonight I would definitely eat here again....
