Subway — Restaurant in Groton

This is the ONLY Subway in all of New London Country that has not let me down. Staff is ALWAYS friendly (unlike the Colman ST location in New London - that guy is always unhappy). Sandwiches are always made well (unlike almost every other location). I am always in and out in a reasonable amount of time (unlike almost every other location). Best of all the management seems to have a good handle on the self help aspects of their customer service. I can rely on the phone app to make orders, and Communicate with the store if I have to.

I consistently have trouble placing orders with other locations, and on top of that the Bridge Street location has a phone number that doesn't work. How am I supposed to contact them about my recent order?

I rarely go anywhere else but when I do, there is a problem.

Moral of the story? Reward excellence, go to the Groton RT.12 Subway instead. They are not the closest to me, but worth the extra few minutes to make sure I don't end...

Haven't eaten the food yet but the two ladies working there were nice and accommodating. Didn't want to go to this location but had no choice. Tried going to the Subway by Big Y but they decided to lock the doors at 8:48 pm even though they close at 9pm. They wouldn't even acknowledge I was at the door. Then a young girl came to the door to tell me that the managers told them to lock the doors early. I asked to speak to the manager and she replied that the managers are in Washington DC. This is a negative review for the Big Y area Subway not the RT 12 location. I also had a coupon that was only accepted at the Big Y area Subway so I had to go out of my way and spend an extra $11. This service is far behind when it comes to their customer service training. Was in from 6:20pm and out by 6:28pm, even without there being any customers in at the moment I got there, I was rushed. Understood, online orders can be rough. But this woman starts making my sandwitch, and disregards any questions I have, ignores me when I'm talking and is all around unpleasant. Her body language is concerning, like I am doing her a disservice by even being there, no smile or kind tone. Didn't even offer to give me a recipt, pushed my sandwitch towards me and told me "go now" and rushed away. I know food service is rough, I just didn't think it was so rough to be rude to...
