We love coming here and we even have a table that they always sit us at . Options are great when you have a family all with different tastes. Especially if you have a sweet tooth. The prices are great to for a family. Never hurts my wallet. Some specials even come with a salad/soup,meal and dessert. Yet if you get cheesecake they will charge you xtra but not alert you. When asked about the xtra charge the girl hostess says its always been like that. Guess to her that's a good enough response. What if the first time you got the cheesecake? The only hard thing is choosing what you want because the menu is so extensive. I absolutely love trying different meals and I have not been disappointed. Tonight I had the Cordon Bleu. It was so tasty with a mushroom sauce. It had so much food that I could make 2 meals out of it. My boyfriend even got it and I like they make them their. Not predone so I asked for no cheese and they accommodated me. I highly recommend this dish. I also love the pot roast meal and the half roasted chicken. The service you receive depends on who is working. The man hostess is top notch and always accommodates us and always says we have your table ready. Certain woman hostess need to learn customer service for sure. Other than that great place for option.

This place reminds me of the family restaurants I used to go to back in the 80s. For me it was nostalgic, in a good way. The staff were nice and helpful. Plenty of seats, so there was no wait. The menu has a bunch of options for everyone in the family. We were there mid-afternoon for a late lunch. I opted for the BLT chicken sandwich (nicely seasoned grilled chicken breast with bacon, lettuce, tomato and avocado on a sesame seed bun), and crinkle fries (haven't had these in years). I enjoyed my meal along with an unsweetened iced tea. My son got the kids size spaghetti and meatball. The pasta was al dente which was fine, but the sauce tasted weird (I confirmed that when I tried a bite). It was kind of sweet, but not like a typical marinara sauce. It came with one large meatball that was so dense that he was having a hard time cutting it. He's twelve and doesn't usually have a problem cutting things. He was disappointed with his meal and only managed to eat a quarter of the large portion they gave him. Honestly after trying his food, I can't say I blame him. So it's kind of hit or miss depending on the dish. The prices are a little high, but if you're just visiting the area, it's a decent choice compared to some of the other options.

To start, our waitress Grisella was pleasant, professional and courteous. The reason for three stars is that I ordered a patti melt and asked the waitress if I could have a turkey burger instead of the standard beef burger that comes on a classic patti melt. She said, “So, you want a turkey burger on bread?”. I said no. The patty melt comes grilled, on rye and melted cheese and onions. She said, “well you can have whatever kind of bread you want on your turkey burger”. So I said, I want rye, like is supposed to be on the patti melt. She said ok, and asked what kind of cheese, and told me, “because its technically a turkey burger, it will come with lettuce and tomato as well, is that ok?” I said sure. Well, I was served exactly what she said, a turkey burger on bread, and NOT a patti melt. I was disappointed that Grisella didn’t understand the difference in the menu items. The sandwich was fresh and hot, but not what I wanted. I understand the menu is huge and perhaps it’s difficult to know all the ins and outs of every single dish, but I have also worked in restaurants for many years and know there are special modification options on the ordering systems that easily could have asked for a turkey burger substitution.

Edited from 2 stars to 3 First Review: I don't know where to begin.. The menu is long and seems to be all over the place. They serve breakfast foods, Italian food, Japanese food etc... which is great I guess but it just doesn't seem like they actually have a specialty for making it any of it. It's like the decided they wanted to make it and then just did it.. not really perfecting the taste of it. I tried the teriyaki chicken and got fries. The chicken came out on a plate and was in a pool of sauce. There was so much sauce that the waitress spilled some on the floor. And the chicken wasn't cut into bite size pieces like normal, it was 3 full chicken breast. The taste was bland and the sauce made the table super messy because everytime I tried to cut into the chicken, the sauce would spill over the plate. The fries weren't hot, and they were bland and crunchy. I took a bite out of one and was done, I didn't even bother finishing the fry. It was disgusting. I also got a free slice of cake with my meal and it was decent.. Not something I'm craving to have again but it wasn't bad. It was a big disappointment after hearing a friend talk about how good it was supposed to be. Though she did tell me "You'll either love it or hate it....there is no in between" And honestly I think that's sad. The only reason I gave it two stars instead of 1 is because the waitress was very friendly. I probably won't be back. Second Review: My dad and his wife were visiting me and requested to try it out one morning. I agreed because I hadn't tried the breakfast and didn't know if I would like it or hate it. Figured I would try it out. I ended up ordering the Texas French Toast and added strawberries and bananas to it and got a side of bacon. To my surprise in was actually very good. My dad and wife enjoyed their food as well. Considering that I gave them a second chance and it was good, I figured I would change my review. Only giving 3 stars because I'm still disappointed with my first experience there. I'm more willing to go try them out again now that I've had a...

The last time I was here was 4 years ago. Back then it was open 24 hours and was a much different experience. This last time was much different from the others. Hours reflect that of any other restaurant, which isn't a big deal. Food quality had gone down a bit. Options are all still there so don't get me wrong, if you have a craving, they can get it for you but if you want to feel satisfied, that's a gamble. They charge way too much to add lettuce and tomato to a burger. It will all add up quick if you don't keep that in mind and it can be easily missed with how big the menu is. Service was pretty good. They take your order, get checked on twice and then they bring the check. Pretty standard. The only issue I had was when my wife, son and I were finished and the waiter brought the check, my wife and I were making sure our affairs were in order like hotel, plan for the day, est. We were there for about 5 minutes when they came back over and wanted to make sure they gave us the check. Not two minutes later, they came over and took the last plate and started wiping the table. So, we got the message and began to get my son ready to leave when they came over and said they need the table, which is a fine request but there were at least 10 tables empty. Felt rude. I know we sat there for a few minutes after the check but none of that was needed. Especially after my family and I just got finished with a 12 hour drive after the holiday. Atmosphere however, is very different. It used to feel welcoming and now it feels like I'm at a doctors office. Not sure how else to put it. If you are hungry at 3am and want to go to a sit down restaurant, try...

I've given this place 4 chances. Emma the waitress I've gotten everytime is extremely rude, she can't be bothered to check tables nor be asked to refill a drink without rolling her eyes and giving an extremely annoyed tone. The food is pretty bland, I've had their burger, mexican omelette, and corn beef hash. The fries are unsalted but that can be forgiven. The hash tasted almost like nothing but onion and the pepper I put on it. The burger was actually okay but it didn't have much to it. The biggest disappointment was the omelette the jalapeños tasted old, the eggs were extremely wrinkled and overcooked. Seriously I'd rather eat at denny's than this place at least the servers there know the basics of good service. They only get a 2 star instead of a 1 because I think they could easily turn it around. Edit: tried again still extremely rude and old over cooked looking food. Terrible service and food was painfully below average sorry I'll never be going back you guys had several chances and still offer below par everything. Go to The Shack down the street or even dunkin donuts if you want better food and service this place is sad. Seriously Emma is an awful waitress and offers nothing but rudeness and neglect to customers as I've had her 4/5 times. She is killing your guy's chances at even a 3 star rating from me and convinced me to go from a 2 to a 1...
